Getting Started

Charging the Power Bank

Fully charge your power bank before first use.

1. Connect a Micro USB/USB C charging cable to a USB charger or charging port.
2. Connect the other end to the Micro USB/USB C input port on the power bank.
3. Unplug the power bank when fully charged.

LED Display Battery Status

The LED display shows the battery electricity level from 0-100%. When charging the power bank, the last digit showing the power status will flash. After fully charged to 100%, it will stop flashing. The power level display increases progressively.

Note: The LED screen will display "188%" in full screen for 1 second when plugged in to check the LED screen performance.

Charging Notes

1. Micro USB and USB C inputs are compatible with QC 3.0/Samsung AFC/MTK-PE 2.0/Huawei FCP quick charge protocols. USB C input also supports PD 2.0/3.0 quick charge protocol.
2. USB C and USB 3 outputs are compatible with QC 3.0/Samsung AFC/MTK-PE 2.0/Huawei FCP and Spreadtrum SFCP quick charge protocols. They also support BC1.2 protocol for high current charging of Samsung and iPhone. USB C output supports PD 2.0/3.0 and PPS quick charge protocol. USB 1/2 outputs support BC1.2 protocol for high current charging of Samsung and iPhone.
3. If you double-click the power button while charging your phone, the power bank will shut down and enter standby mode. Press the power button again to resume.
4. When USB C input/output is under quick charging, pressing the power button will exit quick charge mode and switch to standard 5V charging. The power bank will restart and re-enter quick charge mode after 16 seconds. This button function only applies to USB C quick charging; it has no effect on USB 3 output or Micro USB input charging.
5. When the power bank is charging two quick charge phones simultaneously, plugging another phone into any USB output port (USB 1/2/3 or USB C) will cause the quick charge output to exit quick charge mode, and the voltage will drop to 5V. Both phones will then enter normal charging mode.
6. If the power bank is charging two quick charge phones simultaneously, unplugging a device charging via USB 1/2/3 output will cause the power bank to restart after 10 seconds, and the other phone will enter quick charge mode. Unplugging a device charging via USB C output will cause the power bank to restart after 1 second, and the USB 3 output charging will enter quick charge mode.
7. This power bank supports low current charging. When charging devices and the LED screen is on, long-press the power button for 2 seconds. The last digit showing power status will circle, then display remaining power status for 5 seconds, and circle again. The power supply remains on and does not enter standby mode during low current charging. The power bank will exit low current charging mode automatically after 2 hours of no load charging, or you can exit by long-pressing the power button for 2 seconds or double-clicking it.
8. There is an IC chip in iPhone Lightning cables. If an iPhone is connected to the power supply for charging and disconnected for more than 35 seconds, the LED display will turn off, and the power bank will enter standby mode. In this case, the iPhone will not charge automatically even if plugged in. You need to press the power button, or unplug the USB cable from the power bank and then replug it to charge your iPhone. Other mobile phones are unaffected.

• Charge your C2023 at least once every 3 months.
