Samsung Back to School Promotion
The organizer of the Back to School Promotion is Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, Praterstrasse 31/14. OG, 1020 Vienna, Austria, FN 217924 b (hereinafter referred to as "Samsung").
1. Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are consumers as defined by the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), who have reached the age of 18 by the reference date of August 10, 2025, and have a delivery address in Austria.
2. Promotion Details
As part of the Back to School Promotion, eligible participants will receive a free gift product or an automatic discount in the shopping cart when purchasing a main product defined in section 3 from the Samsung Online Shop Austria during the promotion period specified in section 5.

4. Non-Combinability and Returns
This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts and offers. In case of cancellation/return of a main product mentioned in section 3 for any legal reason, only the amount actually paid will be refunded, and there will be no entitlement to the gift product granted within this promotion as per section 3. This gift product must be returned together with the purchased main product at the participant's expense.
5. Promotion Period
The promotion is valid from August 11, 2025, 09:00 AM to August 25, 2025, 08:59 AM (Promotion Period). A product is considered purchased within the promotion period if the actual purchase or the purchase date according to the receipt falls within the promotion period. It is clarified that orders and/or deliveries within the promotion period, where the actual purchase or purchase date according to the receipt falls outside the promotion period, are not covered by the promotion. Gift products, private sales, and used products are expressly excluded.
6. No Cash Value
The value of the gift product will not be redeemed in cash. No exchange is possible.
7. Right to Invalidate
Samsung reserves the right to declare incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant entries with these terms and conditions as invalid.
8. Right to Suspend or Terminate
Samsung reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion at any time, taking into account the interests of the eligible participants.
9. Right to Take Legal Action
Samsung reserves the right to declare entries invalid if they are submitted with incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documents, and to take criminal legal action against participating individuals if necessary.
10. Disclaimer
Subsequently altered receipts or convenience receipts are not permitted. Samsung continuously strives to provide correct and up-to-date information. Despite the utmost care, no guarantee is given for the accuracy and completeness of the content of the listed websites and/or these terms and conditions. Liability for any kind of damages, including consequential damages, arising from participation in this promotion, the use of the information and materials published on these internet pages, potential software errors, viruses, interruptions of the promotion due to technical malfunctions, and any resulting data loss, is excluded.
11. Data Protection
Personal data provided during participation in this promotion will be processed exclusively for the proper execution of the promotion in accordance with Samsung's Privacy Policy (available at http://www.samsung.com/at/info/privacy/). Personal data will only be stored by Samsung to the extent and for as long as it is necessary for the execution and processing of the promotion. The data will be deleted thereafter, provided that no legal retention obligations exist.
12. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions within these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
13. Governing Law
This promotion and these terms and conditions are subject to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Vienna.
