Samsung Galaxy Watch Launch - GEN Promotion

1. DEFINITIONS

Promotion: Refers to the “Galaxy Watch Launch - GEN” promotion organized by SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS IBERIA, S.A., a single-member company (hereinafter, “Samsung”), under the terms and conditions described in these Bases, in relation to the Products (as defined below).

Product or Products (as applicable): Refers to the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 40mm, Watch8 44mm, Watch8 Classic 46mm, or Watch Ultra 2025 devices listed in Annex I to these Bases, acquired in accordance with the provisions of these Bases. Any Galaxy Watch device not among the models indicated in the list will not be considered a Product for the purposes of this Promotion and will not grant the right to participate.

Promotion Page: Refers to the web page available for this Promotion at the following Internet address: https://www.samsung.com/es/offer/consigue-tu-reloj-inteligente-watch8-watch-ultra-2025-con-cargador-de-regalo.

Territory: Refers to the territorial scope of the Promotion, which will be the Spanish territory.

Participating Stores: Refers to the sales channels located in the Territory, both physical and online, where the Product can be acquired, and which are listed on the Promotion Page.

Customer Service: Refers to the email address galaxywatch2025@atento.es

2. ORGANIZER

The organization of this Promotion is carried out by Samsung, with N.I.F.: A-59308114 and registered office at Parque Empresarial Omega, Edificio C, Avenida de la Transición Española number 32, 28108, Alcobendas, Madrid.

3. OBJECT OF THE PROMOTION

The object of the Promotion is an advertising action called “Galaxy Watch Launch - GEN” with which it is intended to promote the Products.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion Period, during which the purchase of the Product that grants the right to participate in the Promotion can be made, begins on July 25, 2025, starting at 00:00h and ends on August 31, 2025 at 23:59h, both inclusive.

The period to register for the Promotion, as indicated in Section 6 of these Bases, and to obtain the Gift, begins on July 25, 2025 and ends on September 15, 2025 (both inclusive).

5. GIFT

Participants who, in accordance with these Bases, acquire a Product in one of the Participating Stores during the Promotion Period, and comply with all the formalities indicated below, will receive one (1) Samsung Wireless Charger Duo (EP-P5400BBEGEU) (hereinafter, the “Gift”).

The Gift will not be subject to change, alteration, or compensation at the winner's request. If the participant rejects the Gift, no alternative will be offered. The Gift is personal and non-transferable, with no possibility of resale.

Participants must comply with the participation conditions and mechanics established in these Bases.

6. PROMOTION MECHANICS

Once the participant has acquired a Product in a Participating Store during the Promotion Period, in accordance with the provisions of these Bases, the participant must access the Promotion Page and fill out the registration form along with the relevant instructions. Upon accessing the Promotion Page, the participant will be able to view two links to choose from depending on their place of residence:

By September 15, 2025 (inclusive), the participant must provide all the data required in this regard, particularly name and surnames, email address, telephone number, terminal serial number and model, purchase date of the Product, point of sale, D.N.I./N.I.E., and complete shipping address (address, city, and postal code); and must attach:

1. A scanned copy or legible image of the purchase invoice, or delivery note for the Product (a copy of the purchase receipt is not valid for this purpose) showing the name and surnames, D.N.I./N.I.E. of the purchaser, the purchase date of the Product, and the model of the Product; and
2. A legible capture or photograph of the Product's screen showing the serial number, either from the watch itself or from the connected mobile device.

3. A photograph of a cut-out from the Product's box that includes the label with the Product's Serial Number. The photograph must clearly and legibly show both the cut-out from the box and the label. The following image is provided as an example:

The watch's serial number can be found on the device itself, or on the phone connected to the watch, under "settings", in the "about watch" section.

This data will be provided online, in the required format and through the form available by clicking on the corresponding link on the Promotion Page.

After completing and submitting the form, a confirmation screen will be displayed. Additionally, the participant will receive a confirmation email of registration, pending subsequent validation.

After verifying that the requirements established in these Bases are met, participants will be notified via email to the address provided in the registration form whether they are entitled to the Gift, if they do not meet the requirements, or if they need to rectify any of the requirements within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the email (when rectifiable and in the manner indicated in said email). For these purposes, only the following cases are considered rectifiable: (i) the copy of the purchase invoice or delivery note for the Product is not legible, (ii) the copy of the purchase invoice is not attached, (iii) the copy of the delivery note for the Product is not attached or is not legible, (iv) the registration information does not match the provided documentation due to an involuntary error, or (v) the serial number capture is incorrect or illegible.

In the event that Samsung detects any anomaly in the validation of the participation or the return of the Product after sending the confirmation email, said email will not imply under any circumstances the mandatory delivery of the Gift by Samsung to the participant. In such case, and in accordance with the provisions of these Bases, the participant will lose the right to the Gift and may not claim it or will have to return it if it has already been delivered.

Once the participant is notified of their right to the Gift:

• A) Participants who have indicated a postal address in the Peninsula or Balearic Islands in the registration form will be provided via email with a code and a link to a web page where they must redeem the code to receive the Gift. This code will only be redeemable until November 15, 2025 (inclusive).
• B) For participants residing in Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands, the Gift will be sent directly to the postal address indicated in the registration form, without the need to redeem a code on the provided web page.

Samsung will reject any participation request that does not comply with the registration procedure or the participation conditions established in these Bases. Incomplete applications, with indications of manipulation, incorrectly completed, with errors, sent erroneously, duplicated, without meeting the established requirements, with proof of purchase different from those established in these Bases or after the deadlines established in these Bases, outside the aforementioned rectification cases, will be considered null.

Participation in the Promotion is free. No additional purchase is necessary to receive the Gift.

The Gift object of this Promotion is subject to these Bases.

Without limiting in any way the rights recognized to consumers by the applicable provisions, Samsung is not responsible for loss or delay due to any interruption, temporary lack of availability or continuity of operation, transmission problems, loss of information, fraud, network defects, software malfunction, access failure, communication or response failure, or alteration of the Promotion due to technical problems or other reasons beyond its control.

Samsung is not responsible for the termination, suspension, or early cancellation of the Promotion (i) by the corresponding authorities (including, but not limited to, law enforcement agencies) or (ii) when security reasons or incidents beyond its control advise so.

7. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Only individuals who are not acting as sole proprietors or professionals, and who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the Territory, may participate in the Promotion.

The possibility of participating is personal to the purchaser of the Product and non-transferable.

Only one (1) participation per person and Samsung Account is allowed.

The participant must take the necessary measures to ensure that the Product they acquire meets the conditions of these Bases. The Promotion is not cumulative with other promotions organized by Samsung in relation to the same Product. Consequently, if the participant has benefited from any other promotion in relation to the Product, their participation will be canceled and they will not be able to enjoy the Gift.

In case of returning the Product, the participant will lose the right to the Gift. If the Gift has already been delivered, the participant must contact Samsung via email at the address: galaxywatch2025@atento.es and provide the following information: name, telephone number, and D.N.I./N.I.E., for Samsung to proceed with the collection of the Gift. The Gift must be in the same condition as it was delivered. If the participant does not comply with this Gift return process, Samsung reserves the right to take any legal measures available to it to proceed with the effective return of the Gift and to claim any damages that may have been caused.

The identity of participants may be verified through official documents (D.N.I./N.I.E., passport, driver's license, etc.). Participants may also be asked for any document necessary to prove the identity of the holder and/or information relating to the Product that proves that the Product was acquired in accordance with the Bases.

Persons who have been involved in its organization, or employees of Samsung, any of its subsidiaries, any company with a stake in Samsung, or any company linked to Samsung, the organizing advertising agencies of the Promotion, nor their relatives, ascendants, descendants, spouses, or partners in a stable union, may not participate in the Promotion.

Express acceptance of these Bases is a necessary condition to participate in the Promotion and to obtain the Gift. The participant is deemed to have accepted the Bases by registering in accordance with Section 6 above.

Non-compliance by any participant with the conditions established in the Bases will result in the automatic cancellation of said participation. Likewise, any false information or indications of a false identity or address, or fraud, will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and, where applicable, the impossibility of enjoying the Gift described in Section 5 of these Bases.

8. USER SUPPORT

In case of any incident in the Promotion, the participant can contact the Customer Service.

9. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data collected within the framework of the Promotion will be processed by Samsung in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy located at https://images.samsung.com/is/content/samsung/assets/es/docs/PP-promociones-SESA.pdf

10. BASES

The Bases will be deposited before the Notary of the Illustrious College of Notaries of Madrid, Mr. Juan Kutz Azqueta, and are also available at the Participating Stores and on the Promotion Page.
