Assembly Steps
Step 1
Assemble two end frames. For each frame, attach two pieces of part 12 (Middle & bottom bars) and one piece of part 13 (Bottom bars) to two legs (parts 16, 17 for one frame; parts 14, 15 for the other). Use hardware C (6.5x100) and H (Ø10x40). The diagram shows the specific connection points for each leg and bar.
Hardware used: 16x C (6.5x100), 20x H (Ø10x40).
Diagram shows two identical side frame assemblies being constructed.
Step 2
Attach the top cross bars. Connect two pieces of part 11 (Back top cross bar) and two pieces of part 10 (Front top cross bar) to the top of the assembled end frames from Step 1. Use hardware C (6.5x100) and H (Ø10x40). The diagram shows how these cross bars connect to the top of the legs.
Hardware used: 2x C (6.5x100), 2x H (Ø10x40).
Diagram shows the two end frames being connected by horizontal bars at the top.
Step 3
Attach the angled roof supports. Connect two pieces of part 3 (Top & bottom back bar) to the top cross bars using hardware E (6.5x60) and H (Ø10x40). The diagram illustrates the placement of these angled pieces to form the house-like roof structure.
Hardware used: 4x E (6.5x60), 4x H (Ø10x40).
Diagram shows two angled roof sections being attached.
Step 4
Assemble the main bunk bed frame and ladder. Connect the side rails (parts 4, 5) and middle/bottom bars (parts 12, 13) to the main structure. Attach the ladder components (parts 18, 19, 20) to the side of the bed. Use hardware D (6.5x80), F (1/4x75), and H (Ø10x40). The diagram shows the lower bunk structure and the ladder assembly.
Hardware used: 10x D (6.5x80), 8x F (1/4x75), 12x H (Ø10x40).
Diagram shows the lower bunk frame being constructed and the ladder parts being attached to one side.
Step 5
Attach the bed slats. Secure 14 pieces of part 21 (Slats) to the frame using hardware A (Ø4x30). Ensure slats are spaced evenly and not screwed too close to the edges to prevent breakage. The diagram shows the placement of the slats and the recommended spacing.
Hardware used: 31x A (Ø4x30).
Note: Do not screw the bed slats to the outermost edge of the bed slats; leave a certain space at the edges, otherwise it will cause the board to break.
Diagram shows slats being screwed into the frame, with close-ups indicating spacing.
Step 6
Assemble the guardrails. Attach guardrail components (parts 18, 19, 20) to the side rails. Use hardware E (6.5x60) and H (Ø10x40). The diagram shows the assembly of the guardrail components for the upper bunk.
Hardware used: 6x E (6.5x60), 6x H (Ø10x40).
Diagram shows guardrail parts being attached to the frame.
Step 7
Attach additional supports. Connect guardrail supports (parts 6, 7, 8, 9) to the frame. The diagram specifically shows parts 6 (x1), 7 (x1), and 8 (x2) being attached. Use hardware D (6.5x80) and H (Ø10x40). These supports reinforce the structure.
Hardware used: 4x D (6.5x80), 4x H (Ø10x40).
Diagram shows additional support pieces being attached to the main frame.
Step 8
Attach the slide. Connect the slide components (parts 22, 23, 24, 25) to the bunk bed frame. Use hardware E (6.5x60) and G (1/4x35). The diagram shows the slide assembly and its attachment points.
Hardware used: 4x E (6.5x60), 4x G (1/4x35).
Diagram shows the slide being attached to the side of the bunk bed.
Step 9
Complete slide assembly and reinforcement. Attach the slide bottom panel (part 26) and further secure the slide structure. Use hardware B (Ø4x15), H (Ø10x40), I (70x26x18), J (4x58), and E (6.5x60). The diagram shows the final connections for the slide and the base.
Hardware used: 4x B (Ø4x15), 10x H (Ø10x40), 2x I (70x26x18), 1x J (4x58), 12x E (6.5x60).
Diagram shows the slide being completed and attached, with various hardware types used.
Step 10
Final check. The bunk bed is now assembled. Ensure all hardware is tightened and the structure is stable. The diagram shows the completed bunk bed with the slide.
Hardware used: 2x B (Ø4x15).
