IKEA Loyalty Member Offer – 15% off selected MICKE desks and selected Table Tops

Terms & Conditions
- Promotion: During the Promotional Period, both IKEA Family Members and IKEA Business account holders (IKEA Loyalty Member) will receive 15% off the current retail price of selected desks from our MICKE range and a selection from the IKEA 'Table Top' and ‘Table Bar' system range of products.
- Promoter: The Promoter is IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.
- IKEA Loyalty Members only: This Promotion is only available to IKEA Loyalty Members who identify with their membership before successfully completing their purchase transaction.
- Promotion Period: The Promotion Period starts at 12:00am (Sydney Time) on Thursday, 16 January 2025, and ends at 11:59pm (Sydney Time) on Monday, 3 February 2025. Any online transactions must be successfully completed by the end time stipulated. Online transactions commenced during the Promotion Period but not yet finalised will not qualify for the Promotion.
- Qualifying Purchases: This Promotion is applicable only to a pre-selected range of IKEA products (including our MICKE Desk and all our IKEA ‘Table top' and 'Table bar' system range) as identified in Annexure A (page 4) to these Terms and Conditions.
- Exclusion of 'As-Is' products: The Promotion is not applicable to any ‘As-Is' products offered for sale (either in-store or online).

Exclusion (from Qualifying Purchases): The Promotion does not apply to the following purchases:
- IKEA Micke White (drawer unit on castors) – Article no. 403.542.83
- IKEA Micke Black-Brown (drawer unit on castors) – Article no. 603.542.82; and
- Any products that are not listed at Annexure A to these Terms and Conditions.
- Redemption: The discount will be automatically applied off the current advertised retail price when any Qualifying Purchase(s) have been added/scanned in a transaction in-store or online.

In-store promotion: For in-store redemption of the Promotion, one of the below methods must be used:
- (a) Assisted purchase (Remote Shopping): IKEA Loyalty Members must provide their membership details to the IKEA sales co-worker creating your order and organising delivery.
- (b) Cash & Carry (POS Terminal): IKEA Loyalty Members must scan their physical or digital card or enter their verified mobile number at the point of checkout before finalising their purchase.
- (c) Cash & Carry (with an IKEA Sales Co-worker): IKEA Loyalty Members must provide their membership details to the IKEA sales co-worker assisting at the register before the transaction is finalised.
- Online promotion: For online redemption of the Promotion, IKEA Loyalty Members must sign into their IKEA Family account/IKEA Business Network account and/or insert their IKEA Family membership number in the requested field to make a purchase on IKEA.com.au or via the official IKEA Australia App.
- Availability and stock limit: All items are advertised in good faith to be available at time of the offer. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. The Promotion is valid while stocks last (sorry no rain checks). Please note availability of stock varies between stores and online and not all products will be available in stores and online.
- Only one offer a time: The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other special, discount, promotional offer and/or IKEA Family and/or IKEA Business Network member offers (unless otherwise stated).
- Returns: All return of product(s) from Qualifying Purchase are subject to the IKEA Returns and Exchanges policy and the Australian Consumer Law. The maximum refund for each product is the amount of the returned product less the discount received (if any).
- No transfer or cash redemption: The discount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Validation and Verification: Eligibility to the Promotion will be subject to the Promoter's validation and verification checks. Promoter's decision is final. The Promotion will not be extended for reasons due to network connectivity and/or online banking/merchant difficulties encountered during the attempted redemption of the Promotion.
- Right to withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period. A withdrawal will not be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 16).
- Right to change: The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services including (but not limited to) eligibility and the Promotional Period. Customers are expected to have reviewed these Terms and Conditions for any applicable updates before commencing their transaction. No changes will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 17).
- Right to correct and adjust: While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices and charges, including (but not limited to): GST, customs duty or other statutory charges. No corrections or adjustments will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 18).
- Limitation of Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained because of any participation in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Governing Law: The conduct of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales. All parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
