Installation and Setup
Power Button & Indicator
1. Press the power button to turn on the product and press and hold the button to turn off the product.
The power indicator is on when the product is turned on and off when the product is turned off.
In writing mode, a short press of the Power button switches to screen saver mode.
Touch Pen
2. The touch pen is magnetic. Keep it by attaching it to the marked location on the display.
Installing the OPS Case (Sold Separately)
3. Connect the OPS case to the product and insert the standard OPS module into the case. The OPS case and module can be purchased separately.
Safety Precaution: Before inserting the OPS module, ensure the power cable is removed from the product to completely cut off the power supply.
OPS refers to the Intel Open Pluggable Specification. The OPS power supply requirement is 16 V/4.5 A.
Important Notes for OPS Installation:
- If the OPS case needs to be installed, be sure to install the OPS case first before installing the product.
- Before installing the OPS Case and OPS module, ensure the power cable is removed from the product to completely cut off the power supply.
- Use the two types of screws correctly.
- Remove any sticker on the connector before proceeding with step 3.
Diagram Description: The installation diagram shows two types of screws required: 4 screws of type M4 x L8, and 2 screws of type M3 x L6 (used twice).
Screen Elements and Features
Importing and Exporting Data
Tap on the left or right side of the screen to open the IMPORT/EXPORT window. Then, tap IMPORT or EXPORT to select the desired function.
Import Function:
- 1. Displays the screen from a mobile device using Smart View or Screen Mirroring.
- 2. Displays your PC screen imported using HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, OPS connection, or Wireless Display.
- 3. Displays the screen shared from your PC, mobile, or tablet.
- 4. Imports videos, images, native FLIP files (.iwb), or document files from a USB device.
- 5. Connects to the network to access the Internet from the product, similar to accessing the Internet from a computer.
- 6. Accesses remote PCs and your work resources.
Supported File Formats:
- Video: avi, mkv, asf, wmv, .mp4, mov, 3gp, vro, mpg, mpeg, ts, tp, trp, flv, vob, svi, m2ts, mts, .webm, .rmvb
- Image: JPG, BMP, PNG, MPO
- Document: DOC, PPT, PDF, XLS
Export Function:
- 1. Send your created content via email.
- 2. Print your created content.
- 3. Export your created content to a connected USB device.
- 4. Export your created content to a registered and connected network drive.
- 5. Send content to a mobile device.
- 6. Share your screen with selected devices.
Interactive Modes and Tools
PEN MODE: Standard writing mode.
BRUSH MODE: Changes thickness based on the area touching the screen (max. 5.0 cm). Brush use is recommended. Supports single touch only.
Screen Element Descriptions:
- IMPORT/EXPORT: Access the IMPORT/EXPORT window.
- Mode Selection: Tap to select PEN MODE or BRUSH MODE.
- Palette: Tap to open. Select color and thickness for pen and highlighter.
- Math Tools: Use for geometric constructions and measurements.
- Select Area: Select an area to edit, capture, send via email, print, or search.
- Undo/Redo: Undo or redo the last action.
- Page Management: Add or delete pages, navigate through pages in the current roll.
- Layer Creation: Create a layer to write or draw over the screen; can save captured images.
- Miniboard: Access Miniboard for notes or drawings as a separate layer above the viewer or source screen.
- Internet Search: Tap to search the internet.
- Menu Options: Tap to see more available options.
- New Roll: Close the current roll and create a new one.
- Page Lines: Toggle page lines visibility.
- Scroll Pages: Navigate through pages.
- Scroll Area: Scroll the black area to move pages.

Troubleshooting Guide

| Touching does not work when HDMI connection is used. | Check whether the TOUCH port on the product is connected to a USB port on the PC using the supplied USB cable. |
