Product Description
The 264-1025 is a BACnet/MSTP communication module used to extend the bus communication function of the 264-1020 Network Analyser.
Baud rate: 1200/2400/4800/9600/19200 bps
Communication Method: Based on MSTP communication method.
Relevant parameters can be configured through the host computer or the 264-1020 Network Analyser.
Installation and Operation
Disconnect the power supply of the Network Analyser and then connect the 264-1025 module to slot X2 (taking X2 slot as an example).
Diagram Description: A diagram shows the physical connection of the 264-1025 module to a Network Analyser. It illustrates disconnecting power, inserting the module into a slot (labeled X2), and then reconnecting power.
Connect the Network Analyser to the power supply, and then enter the module interface of the Analyser to check the information of slot X2.
If the connection between the meter and the module is correct, the parameters of the 264-1025 module will be shown.
Diagram Description: Screenshots of the 264-1020 Network Analyser interface. One shows 'Module X1' as 'NO MODULE ONLINE'. Another shows 'Module X2' displaying 'RI-A5RSBAC (BACnet/MSTP) Ver.17BA' with parameters like ID, Baudrate (9600), Source Addr (001), Max Master (127), Protocol Rev (12), and Segmentation (No).
In the BACnet/MSTP network, users can read the real-time measurement data of the 264-1020 Network Analyser (with 264-1025 module) through standard protocol, or realize remote parameter configuration through fixed instructions.
Configuration
Configuring the 264-1025 module through the 264-1020 Analyser:
Diagram Description: Screenshots illustrating the configuration menu of the 264-1020 Analyser. The main menu shows options like Instant, Energy, Quality, Demand, Modules, Log, Help, Settings. The Settings menu shows sub-menus for Basic Settings, Signal Inputs, Comm Settings, Digital Inputs, Relay Outputs, Limits Settings, User Settings, Module Settings, Reset Data, Time Settings, Demand Settings, Month Tariffs, Day Tariffs. Specific screens show 'X2 BACnet/MSTP Settings' with fields for ID, Baudrate, Source Addr, Max Master, and 'Module Setting' indicating '#2 Module Setting - RI-A5RSBAC'.
Configuring the 264-1025 module via computer with RI-FXX Viewer software:
After opening the 264-1020 Network Analyser host computer:
- Change the slave address (this address is the Modbus address of the 264-1020 Network Analyser).
- Open serial port settings from setup options.
- Modify port number, baud rate, data format, etc.
- Click 'Accept' to save the communication settings.
Diagram Description: Screenshot of the RI-FXX Viewer software on a computer, showing the 'Serial Port Setup' window. It displays fields for Port Name (COM3), Baud Rate (9600), Parity (None), Data Bits (8), Stop Bits (1), Write Timeout (1000), and Read Timeout (1000). A button labeled 'Accept(A)' is visible.
