The unmistakable Tacoma silhouette has been refined to its essence, highlighting its rugged DNA and unmatched off-road heritage. A streamlined body with high front bumper clearance and a wide, athletic stance defines its classic look.
Adopting the same advanced and robust chassis of the full-size Tundra and Sequoia, Tacoma's Toyota New Global Architecture-F (TNGA-F) platform combines high-strength steel with lightweight aluminum and laser welds throughout the chassis, resulting in enhanced rigidity and less weight.
Performance
Tacoma's available i-FORCE and i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrains deliver prodigious power and torque. The i-FORCE MAX produces up to 326 hp and 465 lb.-ft. of torque.

The 2.4-liter turbocharged engine, combined with a 48-hp electric motor, delivers a commanding 326 horsepower and an astounding 465 lb.-ft. of low-end torque.
