Panasonic Room Air Conditioners 2023/2024

Experience superior comfort, cleaner air, and energy efficiency with Panasonic's advanced air conditioning solutions.

Revolutionary nanoe™ Technology

Panasonic's commitment to air quality is embodied in its advanced nanoe™ technology. This technology harnesses the natural properties of water to purify air, effectively inhibiting airborne and attached contaminants.

Evolution of nanoe™

Starting with the goal of utilizing water's ability to dissolve odor-causing substances, Panasonic has continuously improved its nanoe™ devices. Over the years, this development has led to:

  • nanoe™ (2013): Generates 480 billion hydroxyl radicals per second.
  • Mark 1: Produces 4.8 trillion hydroxyl radicals per second.
  • Mark 2: Generates 9.6 trillion hydroxyl radicals per second.
  • nanoe™-G: Releases 3 trillion negative ions per second for air purification.
  • nanoe™ X: Offers a 10x increase in hydroxyl radicals compared to the original nanoe™, providing enhanced air purification.

The nanoe™ X generator utilizes a Peltier element that cools down to condense moisture from the air. Titanium is used as the electrode material due to its strength and suitability for demanding operational conditions, requiring complex manufacturing processes.

Key Benefits of nanoe™ X:

  • Inhibits up to 99% of bacteria, viruses, and mold from attaching to surfaces.
  • Reduces odors.
  • Helps alleviate allergies by inhibiting allergens and pollen.
  • Moisturizes skin and hair.

Inverter Technology for Smart Comfort

Panasonic's Inverter technology optimizes compressor speed to maintain a set temperature more precisely, leading to significant energy savings and a more stable room environment compared to non-inverter models that cycle compressors on and off.

Benefits of Inverter ACs:

  • More stable room temperature with smaller fluctuations.
  • Energy savings by varying compressor speed.

Cost Savings Example: An inverter AC can cost as little as Rp 5,000 per day to operate (based on 16 hours usage).*

ECO Mode: Smart Energy Management

The ECO Mode feature allows users to limit the AC's power consumption, enabling simultaneous use of other household appliances without overloading the electrical system. It offers two levels of energy saving:

  • ECO Level 1: Reduces electricity consumption to 80% of the maximum wattage.
  • ECO Level 2: Reduces electricity consumption to 50% of the maximum wattage.

Users can also save their preferred ECO settings for easy recall.

R32 Refrigerant: Efficient and Eco-Friendly

Panasonic air conditioners utilize R32 refrigerant, an innovative medium that offers:

  • Faster Cooling: Higher cooling capacity leads to quicker temperature reduction.
  • Reduced Energy Costs: Improved compressor efficiency lowers electricity bills.
  • Environmental Friendliness: Low Global Warming Potential (GWP) and zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP).

Built for Durability and Longevity

Panasonic ACs are designed to withstand various environmental conditions, ensuring long-term performance and reliability.

  • Blue Fin Condenser: The heat-absorbing fins on the condenser are treated with a "Blue Fin" coating, providing superior resistance to corrosion from air, water, and other corrosive substances. It is also hydrophilic, allowing condensed water to flow off easily.
  • Ecotough (SuperDyma® Material): The outdoor unit casing is made from SuperDyma®, a robust material used in bridge and railway construction, offering excellent resistance to rust and suitability for tropical climates like Indonesia.
  • Blue Coating on U-Bend: The evaporator's U-bend is coated to enhance durability and prevent leaks.

Panasonic ACs undergo rigorous testing for durability, water resistance, and shock resistance.

Smart Connectivity with Panasonic Comfort Cloud

Control your air conditioner remotely using your smartphone via the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app. This feature is built-in for Premium Inverter (XU-XKP Series) models and available via a separate adapter for other series.

Requirements: WLAN adapter (for applicable models), router, internet connection, and a compatible smartphone (iOS 9.0+ or Android 5.0+).

Intelligent Self-Cleaning Function

Keep your indoor unit clean and healthy with the self-cleaning feature, powered by nanoe™ X technology. This function helps inhibit 99% of bacteria, viruses, and mold within the indoor unit.

How it works:

  1. When the AC is turned off using the remote, the self-cleaning process begins.
  2. The unit runs for 30 minutes to dry the evaporator and filter, with the flap opening fully.
  3. After 30 minutes, the flap closes, and the nanoe™ X technology works to purify the air inside the unit.

(Note: Specific conditions apply for the self-cleaning function to activate.)
