Overview

The Traceable® 3-Channel Timer is a versatile device for timing multiple events simultaneously. It features individual channel control, an all-channel start/stop function, and adjustable alarm volume and duration.

Initial Setup

The timer requires initial setup before use:

  1. Remove the battery compartment cover and insert batteries.
  2. Adjust the buzzer volume using the volume control slider (lo/hi).
  3. Set the alarm duration using the duration slider (e.g., 1 min).
  4. Replace the battery compartment cover.
  5. Press the 'Timer/Clock' button until the desired time display appears.
  6. Press and hold the 'Timer/Clock' button until an audible beep is heard.
  7. Set the time using the 'H' (hours), 'M' (minutes), and 'S' (seconds) buttons, then press the 'Timer/Clock' button.
  8. Set the alarm and date using the 'H/M/S' buttons. To activate the alarm, press the 'Start/Stop All' button when the alarm indicator is flashing. The display will show 'ALARM' when active.

Setting a Timer

To configure individual timers:

  1. Press the 'Timer/Clock' button until the timer mode is displayed.
  2. Press and hold the 'Start/Stop' button for the specific channel you want to configure.
  3. Use the 'H', 'M', and 'S' buttons to set the desired time for the timer.
  4. Press the 'Start/Stop' button for that channel to confirm and set the timer.

Note: To recall a previously set timer after it has sounded an alarm, simply press the 'Start/Stop' button for that channel.

Starting and Stopping Timers

Note: If a channel is not configured with a specific time, pressing 'Start/Stop' on that channel or 'Start/Stop All' will initiate a count-up timer for that channel. The display will show 'TIME UP' flashing on that channel.
