Before Installation 1 Clean O-Ring & Plug: Make sure the O-ring and Plug on the Case are clean & free of dirt, dust, or grease. If needed, rinse with warm water to maintain waterproof performance. 2 Perform a Waterproof Test: Before using the Case near water, test it without your iPhone inside to confirm it's sealed & functioning correctly. Installation Steps 1 Before Inserting Your iPhone: Take off any screen protectors or skins from your iPhone. 2 Bottom-First Alignment: Place your iPhone into the front of the Case, inserting the bottom edge first. Ensure the microphone holes align with the Case's Microphone Membrane. 3 Do Not Push Straight Down: Avoid pushing the iPhone straight into the Case, as this can create sideways pressure on the microphone area. Sliding sideways over the Membrane can damage it causing muffled or distorted sound. Insert the Bottom Edge First. 4 Snap the Case Closed: Press the back onto the front & snap all edges securely. Check the entire perimeter to ensure no sections are unsnapped. Do Not Push Straight Down 5 Check O-Ring: Ensure the O-Ring is not pinched, deformed or missing. All Snaps Must Be Fully Engaged 6 Remove Air & Secure the Plug Open the Bottom Plug. Gently swipe your finger down the Screen Protector from top to bottom to release trapped air. Close the Plug firmly to seal waterproof. Check O-Ring Removing Your Phone 1 Open the Case: Use your fingertip or a coin to gently pry the Case open at the notch on the bottom of the Case. 2 Remove Your iPhone: Hold the Case face up and gently shake to slide your iPhone out.
