3-Line Essential IP Phone

Quick Installation Guide

Compliance Marks: CE, Compliance Symbol, Compliance Symbol

Overview

The GRP2603 and GRP2603P are essential 3-line models from Grandstream's Carrier-Grade IP Phones series, designed for mass deployment and easy management with zero-touch provisioning. These phones feature a sleek design and advanced capabilities, including 4-way voice conferencing, integrated PoE (GRP2603P), full HD audio for clear communication, EHS support for compatible headsets, and multi-language support. The GRP series incorporates enterprise-level security features such as secure boot, dual firmware images, and encrypted data storage. For cloud provisioning and centralized management, the GRP2603 is supported by Grandstream's Device Management System (GDMS), offering a unified interface for configuration, provisioning, management, and monitoring of Grandstream endpoints. These phones are built for desktop workers and are easily deployable by enterprises, service providers, and other high-volume markets.

Important Note on Emergency Calls: The GRP2603/GRP2603P are not pre-configured to support emergency calls. Users must make separate arrangements to access emergency services and are responsible for purchasing SIP-compliant internet telephone service, configuring the phones, and periodically testing the configuration. Grandstream is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the inability to use the GRP2603/GRP2603P to contact emergency services.

Precautions

  • WARNING: Do not power cycle the GRP2603/GRP2603P during system boot up or firmware upgrade, as this may corrupt firmware images and cause malfunction.
