Manufacturer's Guide for the Elite E2000PTE Battery Powered Pallet Truck

Thank you for purchasing the Elite E2000PTE Battery Powered Pallet Truck. To ensure optimal performance and longevity of the battery, please follow the guidelines below:

Battery Charging Guidelines

Regular Charging: To keep the battery in prime condition, it is recommended to charge the battery for at least 1 hour every month.
Pre-Charging Inspection: Before charging, always visually inspect the battery for any signs of:
- Damage
- Swelling
- Leakage
- Fumes

If any of these conditions are observed, and if it is safe to do so, immediately move the battery to a secure environment away from people, animals, and combustible materials. Ensure this is reported to the appropriate persons / function within the business.

Charging All Batteries: Ensure that you charge not only the battery in the pallet truck but also any spare batteries you may have to maintain their performance.

Charger Usage

Always use the genuine charger supplied with the pallet truck.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for charging and never exceed the recommended recharge time.
Use of non-genuine chargers or exceeding the prescribed recharge time may result in damage or incidents. Such misuse is not covered under warranty and will be at the owner's risk.

Replacement Batteries

If you require new or additional batteries, please call 0115 9461988 or inside the M25 call 0208 8308333 or contact your Area Sales Manager.

Drive Wheel

Please inspect the drive wheel housing after each hire and include in your regular maintenance checks. Build-up of dirt and debris in the drive wheel housing will block the wheels movement and may cause damage to the wheel and drive motor.
