Forgoing traditional fuel sources, our gas and electric stoves are exempt from most fuel-burning restrictions, offering the warmth of an open fire with a level of ease that other traditional stoves cannot match.

Flames at your fingertips. Our stoves can be controlled from their units and from the supplied remotes, allowing the scheduling of the fire's temperature and operation times. The electric stoves are also programmable via the ACR Stoves app, from which an almost limitless choice of flame effect colours can also be selected.

Electric Range

If you're looking for convenience, then an electric fire is a perfect solution for creating atmosphere and warmth within your home. With life-like flames, adjustable heat and minimal maintenance, an ACR electric insert or stove is your perfect electric solution, with a model to suit all living spaces.

All ACR electric stoves are built of a high-quality, lightweight steel and finished with a durable black powder-coat for style as well as durability. Each of our electric models comes with a 2-year warranty.*

All inserts and stoves have two heat settings (please see individual product pages for specifications) to provide instant heat with thermostatic control and the convenience of a 7-day timer. All adjustable from the fully programmable remote control, or via the ACR app on your smart device for even greater fine tuning. There is also an option for the flame effect only with no heat. ACR electric ranges also feature various lighting options as standard to suit your mood and room ambience.

For thoroughly modern homes and living, ACR electric stoves and inserts really do offer the best of traditional and contemporary, with all the convenience you could hope for.

A fire that's better than real The LED flame projection technology in ACR electric stoves produces an effect almost indistinguishable from a traditional fire. Flames within ACR stoves develop in the front, middle and back of the fire bed for a greater sense of depth and tangibility and are framed by crystal embers and ceramic logs for added realism.

Essential insert and stove information

Insert and stove construction

ACR electric stoves and inserts are manufactured from lightweight, but durable steel and finished in a traditional black powder-coat, to keep them looking their best for many years. As electric stoves do not reach the very high internal temperatures of a woodburning stove, there is no need for cast iron or heavyweight steel components. This means ACR stoves are lighter in weight but still retain the look and feel of a real stove and offer much greater durability than similar products.

The electric fire experience

Featuring incredibly realistic LED 3D holographic flame projection, with 4 flame settings (high flame, medium flame, low flame and a smouldering embers effect), ACR electric inserts and stoves really do have that real fire ambience. LED lighting ensures longevity and lower running costs. Realistic ceramic logs resting on a bed of crystals give the appearance of glowing embers and further adds to the atmosphere. All inserts and stoves have two selectable heat settings (please see each model for actual heat outputs) and also a no-heat setting so you can still enjoy the flame effect on warmer evenings or for when no additional room heating is required. All ACR electric inserts and stoves feature various options for lighting and flame colour, all selectable from the multifunction remote control supplied as standard or by using the downloadable ACR app. All ACR electric inserts and stoves feature a thermal cut-out safety device to protect the appliance from over-heating.

Putting you in control of your insert and stove

All ACR inserts and stoves are supplied with a convenient 2-in-1 intelligent remote control. All the day-to-day functions, such as turning the stove on and off and adjusting the flame effect settings, are directly accessible with an LED screen to show your chosen settings. Slide open the lower section of the handset to reveal the programmable 7-day timer facility with a 3 settings per day timer and fully adjustable thermostatic control. All ACR stoves also feature onboard controls for turning the stove on and off and for adjusting the heat and flame effect settings too. ACR insert and stove ranges can also be operated through a smart app, available for installation on your smart device, giving you even greater flexibility to tailor your fire to suit your needs and mood.

Installation information

ACR electric stove and insert ranges offer incredible realism and heat from just the flick of a switch. In most instances, you can simply plug in and you're up and running, but please note that clearances to combustibles must be observed and a hearth may be required. Please consult your ACR dealer for further information if you are unsure.

Stove accessories range

A range of specially designed accessories are also available to enhance your electric stove installation. With gloss black hearth plates for a straight wall and corner settings and matching flue pipe kit suitable for all ACR electric stoves, there is also a glass black top plate and storage base plinth available exclusively for the Neo range and a log store base option for the Malvern. Neo 3F | Neo 3C

Gas Range

ACR is proud to introduce the latest gas models. Forgoing traditional fuel sources, ACR gas stoves offer the warmth of an open fire with a level of ease that traditional stoves cannot match.

ACR gas fires emit a powerful burn but also don't require a chimney for use. Instead, a certified gas engineer can install your fire in combination with a flue system to remove runoff. Each of ACR gas models is compatible with natural gas and LPG, making a mains connection non-essential.

ACR gas stoves are constructed from a premium-grade heavy gauge steel for robust durability and the guarantee of many years of trouble-free service. Each of ACR gas models comes with a 3-year warranty.*

Stove construction

ACR gas stoves are constructed from premium grade heavy gauge steel, to ensure your stove provides many years of trouble-free service. ACR Neo gas stoves also feature solid cast iron doors for a real sense of style and occasion. All ACR stoves are designed in Great Britain and carefully engineered to meet exacting specifications, for which ACR is renowned.

The gas fire experience

ACR gas stoves feature incredibly realistic flame patterns and some of the finest ceramic logs available. The aim is for you to enjoy your gas stove whether it is lit or not, this requirement means that ACR supplies the most aesthetically pleasing logs possible, so that your stove remains an object of beauty all year round. The Wychwood and Neo stoves both have a range of optional extras to enhance them; from black glass internal panels to reflect the flames to add an even greater depth to the visual experience, or vermiculite panels to brighten the interior - see page 29 for more details. ACR also offers optional LED lighting for the Neo gas stoves to create the impression of glowing embers in the base of the firebed.

Installation information

Your gas stove must be installed by a qualified gas engineer (Gas Safe registered in the UK and Bord Gáis registered in Ireland) to ensure a safe installation. They should also confirm the suitability of the site conditions for the chosen appliance. Balanced Flue system

All ACR gas stoves use a Balanced Flue system, so you don't even need a working chimney to install one of ACR stoves. A choice of 3 fully compatible Balanced Flue Kits make installation a straightforward process (see page 26 for more information).

Remote controls and accessories range

ACR offers a range of accessories and remote-control options for your convenience and to enhance your stoves operation. Please see the individual stove product pages within this brochure for accessory and remote-control options for each model, and page 29 for more detailed accessory information. All ACR gas stoves are supplied with a remote control, there are two types available, each allowing a specific degree of control and interactivity with your stove. The Wychwood is supplied with a Puck remote control allowing you to easily ignite and adjust your stove's output. The Neo range is supplied with a multi-function Symax remote control this further enhances your stove by adding a 7-day programmable timer.

Neo 3P

Excellent as a freestanding feature for appreciating the flourishes of your gas fire. A fit for rooms needing a powerful hub for their warmth, whether that's a living room, open plan kitchen/living space or a relaxing orangery. Balanced Flue Kits

A choice of 3 Balanced Flue Kits are available for use with ACR gas stoves. ACR gas stoves have been tested and approved with the use of Poujoulat flue kits as per the below specifications. Please consult your ACR stove dealer if you require further information regarding Balanced Flue installation.

Kit 1: Up and Out Kit

Allows the stove to be installed from the top with a 450mm vertical length of pipe before going into a bend and out through the wall. Available in stainless steel and black finishes.

Kit 2: Snorkel Kit*

Allows the stove to be installed from the rear flue exit and straight through the wall into a snorkel terminal. Available in black finish only. *The standard kit allows for the terminal to go through a wall with a maximum 500mm thickness. If the wall is more than 500mm thick alternative options are available. Kit 3: Renovation System Kit

Allows the stove to be installed into an existing chimney system with the use of additional flexible liners. Available in black finish only.

ACR accessory range has been designed exclusively to complement ACR electric stove range and enhance your installation. Please note these accessories are not suitable for use with either woodburning or multifuel stove applications.

Neo Black Glass Top Plate

With a deep gloss black finish, the 6mm thick glass top plate adds a distinctive finish to the Neo electric stoves.

Black Glass Hearths

ACR 6mm thick glass hearth plates are the ideal way to display your electric stove. With a deep gloss black finish, there are options for either a corner setting, or a versatile rectangular format that can be sited against a wall or used freestanding. ACR glass hearths are suitable for use with all stoves in the electric range.

Malvern Log Store Base

Add a log store base section to the standard Malvern electric stove for an authentic woodburning stove look.

Neo 3C Cupboard Base

An attractive storage base that can be added to the Neo 3F to create a Neo 3C cupboard style stove.

Electric Stove Flue Pipe

Gloss Black Glass Top-Plate

A feature gloss black glass top plate for the Neo range of gas stoves, bringing an extra visual dimension to your installation. Available for both top and rear flue installations.

LED Lighting Kit

Consists of dimmable LED lighting under the burner along with crystals on the burner for additional glowing illumination. Featuring settings for constant light or to pulsate for the ultimate in realism. Requires a standard domestic electric power supply.

Black Glass Interior Back Panel

A gloss black glass panel that mirrors the flames to enhance the visual effect even further. Available for all ACR gas stoves.

Vermiculite Interior Panels

Adds brightness to the firebox, replicating the interior of a traditional woodburning or multifuel stove.

App Control

Full control at your fingertips. All ACR electric inserts and stoves feature LED 3D holographic flame projection for an ultra-realistic fire effect. 'Flame Projection Technology'* creates flames in the front, centre and rear of the fuel bed.

There is also an option of 16 selectable flame colourways for all ACR inserts and stoves. The effect can be adjusted from a soothing glow through to a welcoming log fire.
