Warranty Information

Congratulations on your purchase of our product! The manufacturer shall provide a 2-year warranty for this product.

The terms and details of the guarantee are as follows:

1. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase, covering all parts of the product. If the customer cannot provide the proof of purchase, the warranty period is limited to 24 months from the date of manufacture marked on the product.
2. The motor shall be provided free of charge for 12 years from the date of purchase.
3. This warranty does not apply to:
   • Any accidental damage caused by product misuse, fire, lightning, explosion, water, impact or theft.
   • Any defect or damage to the product known to the buyer prior to purchase.
   • Improper handling, installation or unauthorized product intervention.
4. For out-of-warranty repairs, the company will provide paid services to replace parts (material cost, labor cost and transportation cost). If different models are replaced, costs will be calculated based on the price difference between models.

How to Exercise Warranty Rights

We strongly recommend the buyer to use the original packaging or the packaging provided by our service center when returning goods.

1. If you apply for warranty, you will receive an RMA number that can be used to track the progress of after-sales service.
2. When submitting a service application, please provide the following information: purchase date, model name, serial number, product failure.
3. Register warranty products online or contact us by telephone.
