CREWORKS Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner User Manual
Thank you for choosing CREWORKS products. Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.
Introduction
Ultrasonic cleaning utilizes a cavitation effect created by high-frequency vibrations in a liquid medium. This cavitation generates microbubbles that rapidly implode, creating a powerful scrubbing action effective even in hard-to-reach areas.
Cavitation Effect: The process involves the formation and collapse of microscopic bubbles in a liquid, generating intense localized energy that dislodges contaminants from surfaces.

Safety Information
Warning!
- Use only as instructed and for its intended purpose.
- Do not allow use by children or untrained individuals.
- Use only with a stable, compatible, and properly grounded power source.
- Do not modify the power plug or pull by the power cord.
- Disconnect from power during filling or draining.
- Do not run dry or with excessive fluid. Never fill above the maximum height mark.
- Do not use volatile solvents with low boiling points.
- Do not use near flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials.
- Keep electrical components dry; disconnect and dry if they become wet.
- Do not leave unattended or with the lid open during use.
- Do not place body parts in the tank during operation.
- Exercise caution when removing the lid after heating to avoid steam burns.
- Always disconnect from power before cleaning, maintenance, or repair.
- Do not operate if malfunctioning or damaged; repair or replace parts with identical ones.
Caution!
- Standard ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for porous items (e.g., corals) or certain gemstones (e.g., pearls, emeralds, opals). Use Degas and Gentle Cleaning modes for these.
- Do not use fluids that can damage the stainless steel tank (e.g., strong acids/bases).
- Use deionized, demineralized, or distilled water for aqueous fluids.
- Place items gently into the tank; use the basket to avoid direct contact with the tank bottom.
- Do not operate continuously for more than 30 minutes to extend the device's service life. Allow 15-minute breaks between sessions if longer cleaning is needed.
- Close the drain valve before filling the tank.
Operation
- Connect the drain valve to a sink or facility using a hose (not included). Ensure the valve is closed. Fill the tank with appropriate cleaning fluid, ensuring the level stays below the maximum height mark even after adding items.
- Gently place items into the tank, preferably using the provided basket. Avoid overlapping items for optimal cleaning. Ensure items are submerged, and the fluid level is below the maximum mark. Remove excess fluid if necessary using the drain valve. Replace the lid.
- Connect the device to a grounded 3-prong outlet using the provided power cord.
- Turn the main power switch (located at the back) to the 'I' position. The current fluid temperature will display.
- Set the cleaning time using the ▲/▼ buttons above 'TIME'. For extended time (1-99 minutes), press and hold the ⏬ button above 'TIME' until '99' is displayed.
- Press the ⏬ button above 'TIME' to start cleaning. The oscillation indicator will light up, and the timer will count down.
- Set the desired temperature using the ▲/▼ buttons above 'TEMP'. Press the ⏬ button above 'TEMP' to start heating. The heating indicator will turn on. Press again to stop heating.
- The device operates in standard intensity by default. Press 'GENTLE' to switch to gentle cleaning mode (indicator light will turn on). Press again to return to standard mode.
- The device operates continuously by default. Press 'DEGAS' to toggle to periodic degassing (10s cleaning, 5s rest; indicator light will turn on). Press again to return to continuous oscillation.
- The device stops automatically when the timer reaches zero. Press the ⏬ button above 'TIME' at any time to pause or stop early. Press again to resume.
- When finished, turn the main power switch to 'O' and disconnect the power cord.
- Open the drain valve by turning its handle 90° to align with your hose. Drain the tank completely, then close the valve.
- Remove the basket and items from the tank. Rinse items with clean water if necessary.
- Dry the exterior of items, the tank, and the basket with a soft cloth or allow them to air dry.
Recommended Settings
- Highly Porous Objects: Use specialized ultrasonic cleaning fluid or water with mild detergent. Keep Degas mode active.
- Fragile & Delicate Objects: Use specialized cleaning fluid at temperatures below 105°F / 40°C. Degas for at least 5 minutes initially, then use Gentle Cleaning mode continuously.
- Lightly Soiled Objects: Use water with mild detergent at around 120°F / 50°C. Degas for at least 10 minutes initially, then use standard cleaning.
- Thoroughly Soiled Objects: Use specialized cleaning fluid at around 140°F / 60°C. Degas for at least 15 minutes initially, then use standard cleaning.
- Tarnish, Hard Carbon Deposits, Rust, etc.: Use specialized cleaning fluid at the highest safe temperatures. Degas for at least 20 minutes, then soak without oscillation for 10+ minutes. Follow with a 30-minute cleaning cycle. Repeat as needed, allowing 15-minute rest periods between cycles.
Maintenance
- Turn off and unplug the device before draining, cleaning, maintenance, or repair.
- Replace the cleaning fluid between uses.
- Inspect parts for wear or damage after use. Repair or replace faulty parts.
- For long-term storage, unplug, drain, and dry the device completely. Store in a cool, dry, clean place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
