Technical Training

All offered training courses are exclusively for employees of healthcare facilities/clinics or service companies acting on behalf of the customer. Course registrations can only be processed through the end customer/clinic. Direct registration for employees of a service company is only possible if a qualified dealer partnership with Philips GmbH Market DACH exists.

Philips IntelliVue Patient Monitors - Basic Course

Target Audience and Prerequisites: Technicians and engineers from Philips hospital customers with basic physiological knowledge and experience in patient monitoring.

Philips IntelliVue Patient Monitors - Update/Advanced Training + SupportTool Mark2

Target Audience and Prerequisites: Completion of the IntelliVue Basic Course IV 1.x (formerly MP/MX 1.x) is required. Otherwise, booking for IV 2.x (formerly MP/MX 2.x) is not possible. Technicians and engineers from Philips hospital customers with initial technical and application experience with the Philips IntelliVue patient monitoring system and basic physiological knowledge. Knowledge of patient monitoring is assumed. Participants should be familiar with the SupportTool user manual and the Configuration Guide.

General Seminar Conditions

Registration/Confirmation

Registration must be submitted in writing via email to monitoring.trainings@philips.com, including course number, participant name, contact information, Philips hospital affiliation, and billing address or payment method. A binding booking confirmation will be sent via email or post. Unconfirmed reservations without written booking are not guaranteed and expire automatically after one week if not converted into a binding booking.

Catering/Accommodation/Materials

Lunch at the training center's cafeteria is included in the seminar price. Hotel accommodation and travel expenses are not included. Hotel information can be provided upon request via email. Training materials will be handed out at the beginning of the event. All rights to training materials and software are reserved. Reproduction or duplication without prior written consent is prohibited.

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be issued immediately after the event at the venue.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (post, fax, or email) to the organizing office. The postmark date applies. Cancellation deadlines are as follows:

Cancellation by Philips Healthcare

Philips GmbH may cancel a seminar up to 28 days before the start date due to insufficient participants or other reasons attributable to Philips GmbH. Any cancellation fees incurred for travel bookings or other services will not be reimbursed by Philips GmbH within this cancellation period. In case of later cancellation by Philips GmbH, 50% of the incurred cancellation fees for travel bookings will be reimbursed, provided an original invoice including cancellation receipts is sent to the organizing office.

Invoice

The invoice for the course fee will be sent to the provided billing address after the event. The course fee covers the trainer(s), training materials, lunch, and refreshments (as per course plan).
