Introduction
The mechArm270-M5 is a six-axis articulated robotic arm from Elephant Robotics, part of the "mechArm" series. It features an M5 Stack Basic main control and supports ROS simulation software, making it an industrial-like configuration ideal for maker innovation and robot industry-university-research services.
With a body weight of 1kg, a payload of 250g, and a working radius of 270mm, the mechArm270-M5 is compact and portable. It is designed to be small yet powerful, easy to operate, and safe for human collaboration. Classic Industrial Configuration

Embedded Raspberry Pi Ecology
Provides dual-screen capabilities and unlimited development possibilities. It supports a rich Arduino software application ecology, includes two display screens, three physical buttons, and the fastLED library for convenient application interactive output.
Highly Open Source & API Compatible
Compatible with various API software, including built-in ROS/Moveit for simulating manipulator operation states, offering super expansibility. It supports drag teaching and Blockly visual programming, serving as an industrial practical operation platform.
High Configuration, Powerful Performance
Utilizes brushless DC servos for a repeat positioning accuracy of ±1mm. The base and end are equipped with installation interfaces suitable for developing various peripheral products and equipment.

- Do not place the product in or near fire.

- Do not disassemble, crush, or pierce the product.
- Do not expose the product to excessive shock, such as dropping from a high place.
- Do not expose the product to high temperatures above 60°C (140°F).

Warranty Information
The warranty covers hardware faults caused by normal use. Specific terms apply to different components:
Sever Motor
- ≤1 month: Free new motor, Elephant Robotics covers freight.
- 1-3 months: Free new motor, customer covers freight.
- ≥3 months: Customer must purchase a new motor.
Electrical Parts (M5 Hardware)
- ≤3 months: Free replacement, Elephant Robotics covers round-trip freight after disassembly by customer.
- 3-6 months: Free replacement, customer covers round-trip freight after disassembly.
- ≥6 months: Customer must purchase a new part.
Structure Parts, including Shell Parts
- ≤1 year: Free new components, customs shall bear the freight.
- ≥1 year: Customer must purchase new parts.
Warranty Exclusions: Repairs will be charged if damage is caused by:
- Incorrect use or improper use contrary to manual instructions.
- Unauthorized disassembly or repairs.
- Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods).
- Natural wear and tear or aging of components.
