Device Overview
The TCL LINKHUB 5G device features several ports and indicators for connectivity and status monitoring. The front or top panel typically displays status indicators, while the rear or side panel houses the ports.

The device includes:
- Indicators: 5G Network Indicator, 4G Network Indicator, Wi-Fi/WPS Indicator, Power Indicator.
- Ports: Micro USB Port (for debugging), Nano SIM Card Slot, Reset Button, Power Button, WPS Button, WAN/LAN Port, LAN Port, Telephone Port* (for HH512LV only), Power Connector.
*The Telephone Port is available on the HH512LV model only.
Indicators and Ports Explained
Status Indicators
- 5G Network Indicator: Solid blue: Good signal. Solid yellow: Weak signal. Off: 5G network not operational.
- 4G Network Indicator: Solid blue: Good signal. Solid yellow: Weak signal. Off: 4G network not operational.
- Wi-Fi/WPS Indicator: Solid blue: Wi-Fi is enabled. Blinking blue: WPS connection available. Off: Wi-Fi is disabled.
- Power Indicator: Solid blue: Device is powered on. Blinking blue: Device performing firmware update via FOTA. Off: Device is powered off.
Ports and Buttons
- Micro USB Port: Dedicated port for debugging.
- Nano SIM Card Slot: Insert a nano SIM card here.
- Reset Button: Press for 3 seconds with a paperclip to reset the device.
- Power Button: Press for 3 seconds to power off; press for 1 second to power on.
- WPS Button: Press for 3 seconds to enable WPS function. (Automatically disabled if connection not established within 2 minutes).
- WAN/LAN Port: Connect to an internet source or wired devices (computers, switches).
- LAN Port: Connect to wired devices (computers, switches).
- Telephone Port*: Connect a telephone to make or answer calls (HH512LV only).
- Power Connector: Used to connect to the power adapter.
Note: Do not remove the SIM card while the CPE is in use.
Making Connections
Wired Network Connection
Connect a wired device (e.g., computer) to the LAN port of your CPE using an Ethernet cable.
Wireless Network Connection
On your wireless devices, search for the Wi-Fi name (SSID). The default Wi-Fi name and password can be found on the bottom label of your CPE.
Configuring Wi-Fi
To configure the CPE's Wi-Fi network, open a web browser on a device connected to the CPE (wired or wireless). Log into the website and follow the on-screen instructions. Refer to the bottom label of your CPE for the website address and default login information.
Safety and Use
Please read the following safety instructions carefully before using your device. Failure to follow these instructions could result in injury or damage to your device or other property.
- Do not use the device in areas where wireless devices are prohibited.
- Keep the device at least 15 cm (approx. 6 inches) away from medical devices like pacemakers, hearing aids, or insulin pumps. Consult your physician and medical device manufacturer for specific guidance.
- Do not allow children to use or play with the device and accessories unsupervised.
- Handle your device with care and keep it in a clean, dust-free place.
- Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.
- Avoid dropping, throwing, or bending your device.
- Do not dispose of the device and accessories in a fire.
- Protect your device from adverse weather or environmental conditions (moisture, humidity, rain, liquid infiltration, dust, sea air, etc.). The recommended operating temperature range is 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F).
- Use only batteries, chargers, and accessories compatible with your device model.
- Mains powered adapters operate within 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F).

Restrictions
This equipment may be operated in all European countries. The 5150-5250 MHz band of Wi-Fi 5GHz can be used indoors and outdoors only when the equipment is not attached to a fixed installation or to the external body of road vehicles, a fixed infrastructure or a fixed outdoor antenna. The 5250-5350 MHz band of Wi-Fi 5GHz can be used indoors only. The 5470-5725 MHz band of Wi-Fi 5GHz cannot be used in road vehicles, trains, aircraft, or UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System) scenarios for the following countries:
BE, BG, CZ, DK, DE, EE, IE, EL, ES, FR, HR, IT, CY, LV, LT, LU, HU, MT, NL, AT, PL, PT, RO, SI, SK, FI, SE, NO, IS, LI, CH, TR, UK (NI).
United Kingdom (UK): This radio equipment is also subject to certain restrictions when it is placed on the market in the UK. In accordance with the relevant statutory requirements in the UK, the 5150 to 5350 MHz frequency range is restricted to indoor use in the United Kingdom.

Limited Warranty
Additional Rights Under Consumer Laws
As a consumer, you may have legal rights (statutory rights) that are in addition to this Limited Warranty, such as the consumer laws of your country. This Limited Warranty does not limit or exclude any of your consumer rights.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
TCL Communication Ltd. warrants to the original end-user purchaser that the TCL device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty is not transferable.
Warranty Period:

- TCL accessories (USB cable, Adapter): 3 months

Warranty Claims
In case of a defect preventing normal use, immediately inform your vendor and present your device with proof of purchase. If the defect is confirmed, your device or part thereof will be repaired or replaced using components offering equivalent functionality. This warranty covers repair/replacement costs (labor and spare parts) but excludes any other costs.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to defects due to:
- Non-compliance with instructions for use or installation, or with technical and safety standards.
- Connection to non-recommended equipment.
- Repairs performed by unauthorized individuals.
- Modification, adjustment, or alteration of software or hardware by unauthorized individuals.
- Inclement weather, lightning, fire, humidity, liquid infiltration, chemical products, malware, high voltage, corrosion, oxidation.
The Manufacturer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.
Data Backup and Servicing
You are responsible for regularly backing up your data, files, applications, and settings. Before sending your device for servicing, remove any peripherals (memory card, SIM card) and personal data. Content on your device may be deleted, reformatted, or reconfigured during servicing. This limited warranty does not cover data backup, recovery, or reinstallation.
