Your Phone at a Glance

Before you start, let's take a look at your new phone. Press and hold the power button to turn your phone on or off.

? To forcibly restart your phone, press and hold the power button until your phone vibrates.

Getting Started

Follow the instructions to set up your phone. Do not insert or remove a SIM card while your phone is on.

⚠️ Please exercise caution when using the SIM ejector pin to avoid hurting your fingers or damaging your phone. Store your pin in a safe place out of the reach of children to prevent them from swallowing it or injuring themselves by accident.

⚠️ Insert the SIM card into the correct card slot to ensure that it can be recognized by the phone.

SIM Card Installation:

For CRR-L09: Requires one Nano-SIM and one microSD card.

For CRR-UL00: Supports dual Nano-SIM cards or one Nano-SIM and one microSD card.

Locking and Unlocking the Screen

Press the power button to lock the screen. The screen will automatically lock itself if your phone is idle for a specified period.

If the screen is off, press the power button to turn it on. Slide your finger in any direction to unlock the screen.

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the control panel for magazine unlock. You can also quickly launch commonly used applications without unlocking the screen.

Calling and Messaging

Touch ? to make a call using the dialer. You can also touch a phone number in your contacts, a message, email, web page, or other source to place a call.

Touch ✉️ to send a text or multimedia message. You can save photos, audio clips, videos, and other attachments from received multimedia messages.

Camera

Touch ?. Frame the scene you want to capture. Let your camera focus automatically or touch the screen to focus on a specific object. Then touch ⚪ to take a photo.

Swipe left or right to switch between different capture modes. Light painting mode uses long exposure times for dark environments, while time-lapse mode records slow transformations.

Internet Connection

You can access the Internet over Wi-Fi or a mobile data network.

Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel.

Touch ? to turn on mobile data.

Touch and hold ? to go to the Wi-Fi settings screen. Turn on Wi-Fi and connect to a Wi-Fi network.

Backing Up Data

Touch ⚙️. Touch ☰ to open the settings menu. Follow onscreen instructions to set backup frequency.

Touch ✔️ and select the data you want to back up (contacts, messages, photos). Follow onscreen instructions to complete the backup.

Phone Manager

Touch ?️. Scan your phone for potential risks with one touch. Use onscreen instructions for one-touch optimization, or manually clean system storage and manage applications.

Access options to clean system trash, set harassment filter, activate power saving mode, manage application notification permissions, and more.

Screen Off Gestures

Touch ⚙️ and then ?️. Turn on screen off gestures.

When the screen is off, you can turn it on or open an app using a predefined gesture.

One-Hand Layout

Swipe the navigation bar left or right to adjust the screen display area for one-handed use.

When in the dialer, contacts, messages, or email app, swipe down on the screen to access content at the top with one hand.

Voice Commands

Touch ⚙️ > Voice wakeup and enable voice wakeup.

Follow onscreen instructions to set up voice commands for making calls and finding your phone.

Fingerprint Identification

Touch ⚙️ > Fingerprint ID. Follow onscreen instructions to enter your password and record your fingerprint.

Place your finger on the fingerprint scanner on the back of your phone to unlock the screen.

? You can also access encrypted files, answer incoming calls, take pictures, or browse photos by touching or swiping on the fingerprint sensor.

Safety Information

This section contains important information about the operation and safe use of your device.

General Precautions:

  • Do not use your device if prohibited or if it causes danger or interference with other electronic devices.
  • Follow rules in hospitals and health care facilities; do not use where prohibited.
  • Wireless devices may affect hearing aids or pacemakers; consult your service provider.
  • Pacemaker users: maintain 15 cm distance from the device; hold on the opposite side of the pacemaker.
  • Protect your hearing: do not listen at high volume levels for long periods. Lower volume to a safe level.
  • Exposure to high volumes while driving may cause distraction.

Areas with Flammables and Explosives:

  • Do not use in environments with flammables or explosives (e.g., gas stations, chemical plants).
  • Do not store or transport devices with flammable liquids, gases, or explosives.

Traffic Security:

  • Observe local laws and regulations while driving. Do not use your wireless device while driving.
  • Concentrate on driving safely.
  • Do not hold the device while driving; use hands-free accessories.
  • Pull over safely to make or answer calls.
  • RF signals may affect vehicle electronic systems; consult the vehicle manufacturer.

Aircraft and Vehicle Safety:

  • Do not place the device over or in an air bag deployment area.
  • Do not use your device while flying in an aircraft or before boarding; it may disrupt networks or be illegal.

Operating Environment:

  • Avoid dusty, damp, or dirty environments and magnetic fields.
  • Do not use during thunderstorms.
  • Ideal operating temperatures: 0°C to 35°C. Storage: -20°C to 45°C.
  • Do not expose to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
  • Protect from fire, electrical shock hazards, rain, and moisture.
  • Keep away from heat sources (heaters, stoves, microwaves).
  • Do not place sharp metal objects near the earpiece or speaker.

Device Usage:

  • Stop using if overheated. Prolonged exposure may cause low-temperature burns.
  • Do not use camera flash directly in eyes.
  • Do not touch the device's antenna.
  • Do not allow children or pets to bite or suck the device or accessories.
  • Observe local laws and regulations, and respect privacy and legal rights.

Child's Safety:

  • Take all child safety precautions. Playing with the device may be dangerous.
  • Keep detachable parts away from children (choking hazard).
  • Device and accessories are not intended for children; adult supervision is required.

Accessories:

  • Use only accessories approved by the manufacturer. Unapproved accessories may void warranty, violate regulations, and be dangerous.
  • Approved AC Adapters/Power Supplies include: HW-050200B01, HW-050200E01, HW-050200U01, HW-050200A01.

Charger Safety:

  • Ensure socket-outlets are accessible.
  • Unplug chargers when not in use.
  • Do not drop or impact the charger.
  • Stop using damaged power cables immediately.
  • Do not touch the power cord or device with wet hands.
  • If exposed to water or moisture, take to an authorized service center.

Battery Safety:

  • Do not connect battery poles with conductive materials.
  • Keep battery away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
  • Do not attempt to modify, remanufacture, immerse, or expose the battery to liquids.
  • Handle battery leaks carefully; flush affected areas with water and consult a doctor.
  • Stop using if battery is deformed, changes color, or overheats.
  • Do not put batteries in fire; they may explode.
  • Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations.
  • The device has a built-in, non-removable battery. Contact an authorized service center for replacement.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Keep device and accessories dry. Do not use external heat sources for drying.
  • Avoid extreme heat or cold.
  • Avoid collision, which may lead to malfunctions or fire.
  • Before cleaning, stop using the device and disconnect cables.
  • Do not use chemical detergents; use a clean, soft, dry cloth.
  • Keep magnetic stripe cards away from the device.
  • Do not dismantle or remanufacture the device or accessories.
  • If the screen is broken, stop using and contact an authorized service center.

Emergency Calls:

Availability depends on network quality, provider policy, and local laws. Never rely solely on your device for critical communications like medical emergencies.

Disposal and Recycling Information

The symbol ♻️ indicates that the device, batteries, and accessories should not be disposed of as household garbage. Take them to a certified collection point for recycling or proper disposal.
