Using Your SUNITEC Premium BC920SA

1. Turning On/Off

Slide the ON/OFF button to turn the SUNITEC Premium BC920SA on or off.

2. First-Time Pairing

The first time the device is turned on, the LED indicator will guide you through pairing:

  1. Press and hold the Multi-function button for 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red (entering pairing mode).
  2. On your mobile device, turn on the Bluetooth feature (usually found in the Settings menu).
  3. Select "BC920SA" from the device list on your mobile phone.
  4. Once paired, the LED indicator will glow blue and flash blue once every 10 seconds.

Note: After initial pairing, the device will automatically connect when turned on, provided Bluetooth is active on the mobile phone and within range.

3. Positioning

Clip the SUNITEC Premium BC920SA to the sun visor in your vehicle for optimal placement.

4. Charging

In-car charging: Connect the USB cable with the car charger attachment to the device and your vehicle's lighter socket.

PC charging: Connect the device to any available USB slot on your PC using the USB cable.

Q: I hear crackling noises

A: Bluetooth is sensitive to objects between the device and the connected phone. Ensure they are within 33 feet (10 meters) with no major obstructions (walls, etc.).

Q: I cannot hear anything

A: Increase the speaker volume. Ensure the device is paired and connected to a playing device. Press and hold the Multi-function button to ensure connection.

Q: I am having pairing problems

A: You may have deleted the pairing connection on your mobile phone. Follow the pairing instructions again.

Q: Will the SUNITEC Premium BC920SA work with other Bluetooth equipment?

A: It is designed for Bluetooth mobile phones and supports devices compliant with Bluetooth version 1.1 or higher, supporting headset, hands-free, and A2DP profiles.

Q: I want to reset the pairing list

A: The device registers up to 8 phones. To clear the list and reset to factory settings: turn the device on while pressing and holding the Multi-function button for about 10 seconds until the LED flashes blue and red. Release the buttons. The device will automatically enter pairing mode on next power-on.

Q: I want to cancel Auto Power On function

A: Manually disable this feature by turning the speakerphone off using the ON/OFF button.

Q: Pairing With Two Mobile Phones (Multipoint)

1. Turn on the SUNITEC Premium BC920SA. Pair and connect with the FIRST phone.

2. Turn off the SUNITEC Premium BC920SA and deactivate Bluetooth on the first phone.

3. Turn on the SUNITEC Premium BC920SA again. Pair and connect with the SECOND phone.

4. Turn off the SUNITEC Premium BC920SA and activate Bluetooth on BOTH phones.

5. Turn on the SUNITEC Premium BC920SA; it will now be connected to both phones.
