Required Tools: (Not included)
A. Phillips screwdriver B. 8 mm Allen wrenches (2) C. 10 mm Allen wrench D. 15 mm Allen wrenches (2)
WARNING
CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.

Step 1
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the five (5) screws on the chain guard. The locations of the screws are circled in the image below. Remove chain guard and set aside.

Step 2
With a 10 mm wrench, loosen the brake cable anchor bolt (circled in the image below) and disconnect the cable.

Step 3
With two (2) 8 mm wrenches remove the cable guide bracket from the frame and brake plate.

Step 4
With two (2) 15 mm wrenches loosen the axle lock nuts.

Step 5
Push the chain tensioner down to loosen the chain and remove wheel.
Step 6 Reverse the steps to install new rear wheel. NOTE: Make sure to inflate tire to the correct PSI after installing wheel. ATTENTION: Charge battery 12 hours before using.
