RespShop Easy Compliance Lite Software User Guide

Instructions for using the RespShop Easy Compliance Lite software to manage and report on CPAP/APAP therapy data.

Getting Started

Upon installation, a new shortcut for the Easy Compliance Lite software should appear on your desktop. Double-click this shortcut to launch the program.

The software is used for running compliance reports related to CPAP and APAP therapy devices.

The initial screen displays fields for patient information. To add or modify patient details, click the "Edit" button located in the bottom right corner of the main patient information section. The screen shows fields for First Name, Last Name, ID No., etc., with the 'Edit' button visible in the bottom right.

Adding Patient Information

When adding patient information, no specific data is mandatory to run a report; patients can input only the details they wish to provide.

After entering or editing the necessary patient details, click the "[OK button]" to confirm the changes. The patient information dialog box shows fields for personal details, physician, equipment provider, and insurance company, with 'OK' and 'Cancel' buttons at the bottom.

Uploading Data

To upload data for a report, click the 7th icon on the top toolbar, which features a light blue arrow pointing downwards [upload icon].

After initiating the upload, navigate through your computer's file system to locate the data files from your machine's SD card.

If you cannot locate the expected file, ensure that the file type filter in the file explorer is set correctly to display the appropriate file types (e.g., "APAP SDCard Files (*.ape)"). The 'Open SDCard File' dialog displays a file explorer window, showing a file named 'ID110068.APE' and the file type dropdown set to 'APAP SDCard Files (*.ape)'.

Once the correct file is selected, click the "[Open button]" to upload the data.

Viewing and Printing Reports

After the data has been uploaded, click on the "Compliance" tab located at the bottom of the main window to view the compliance data. The main software interface shows the 'Compliance' tab highlighted at the bottom.

The software offers various tabs at the bottom (e.g., Patient Profile, Clinical Details, Patient Notes, Total Time, Compliance, Long Term) allowing you to explore different aspects of the patient's data.

To print a compliance report, click the printer icon on the top toolbar. This is typically the 5th icon from the left [printer icon].

A "Print Report" dialog will appear. Here, you can select the type of report you wish to generate:

It is generally recommended to leave all report options selected for a comprehensive report. However, if the generated report is excessively long, you may choose to deselect options like "Long Term Trend". The 'Print Report' dialog shows checkboxes for 'Summary', 'Compliance Time', and 'Long Term Trend', with 'OK' and 'Cancel' buttons visible.

After making your selections, click "[OK button]" to proceed.

To finalize the printing process, click "Print" in the subsequent dialog. To save the report as a PDF, select "Microsoft Print to PDF" as your printer option. The print dialog includes the 'Print' button and the option to select a printer, including 'Microsoft Print to PDF'. The generated 'Summary Report' and 'Compliance Time' reports are also displayed, showing sections like Patient Profile, Patient Notes, Compliance Time, and Usage Profile Range.
