Installation Procedure
The Accu 2.2 is installed within the gate opener unit. The following steps outline the general process:
- Preparation: Open the gate opener housing and identify the battery compartment and connection terminals. Tools such as screwdrivers and drills may be required. (Visuals show the Accu 2.2 unit, ladder, and various tools).
- Wiring Connection: Connect the battery pack's wiring (typically brown [BN] and white [WH] wires) to the designated terminals within the drive unit. Ensure secure connections. (Diagrams illustrate connecting wires to terminals, with specific dimensions noted for placement).
- Battery Installation: Place the Accu 2.2 battery pack into its mounting location within the unit. Secure it using the provided screws or clips as indicated by labels A, B, C, D in the diagrams.
- Finalization: Double-check all electrical connections for security and correct polarity. Close and secure the gate opener housing.
Charging: The battery pack requires approximately 12-14 hours for a full charge.
