Notice

Please read before use.

• The product is intended for ages 8 and older.
• Do not give the product to anyone below the specified age.

Caution

Improper use of the battery may lead to overheating, exploding, and fluid leakage. Please see the following Caution content.

• Swallowing the button cell battery can be lethal. Do not store in a place that can be reached by children. If swallowed, please consult your doctor immediately.
• If any fluids from the battery comes in contact with an eye, please consult your doctor immediately. If it comes in contact with skin or clothes, please wash with water.
• Please have the parents or guardians change the batteries.
• Please do not use old batteries with new batteries, or use different types of battery together.
• Please set the battery in its proper + and - position.
• Do not short-circuit, recharge, dismantle, heat, or place the battery into a fire.
• Please follow your local district and area rules when discarding the product or batteries.

Usage Warnings

• Do not douse the product in water or wet the product.
• Do not use or place the product in humid or high-moisture conditions.
• Please be careful not to place the "Grogu Tamagotchi" in your clothes and wear to avoid washing or drying of the product.
• We are not responsible for loss of data from use of the product.
• Discard plastic packaging immediately after opening.
• Do not place the product on resin treated products such as sofas, seats, and tiles. Long-term exposure may discolor the product.
• Do not forcibly pull or bend moveable parts or attachments.
• The battery included is only for demonstration purpose. Please replace the battery if the screen does not show properly.
• The product is composed of various electronic components. Do not drop, wet, dirty, or dismantle the product. Do not use or store the product under extreme temperatures.
• Please press the reset button if the product encounters an error.
• Clock precision: ±10 seconds daily

• Ball chain holder: Press on the focal holder with the ball chain in place to remove the ball chain. Hook the ball chain inside the clasp, and pull on the chain to lock the ball chain to the clasp.

Grogu's Arrival

1. Pull out the tab from the casing. A sound will ring, and the time setting screen will appear.
2. Reset instructions: Press on the reset button on the back of the casing with a thin-tipped object to perform a reset. A sound will ring if successful.
   Do not press hard on the reset button using sharp objects, such as mechanical pencils, to prevent damage to the device.
   Please press the reset button after changing the batteries.
3. Setting the clock: Use the A button to set the time in order of "hours" → "minutes". Use the B button to confirm the changes. Press the C button to return a step back.
   Be sure to set the time properly to "AM" or "PM".
4. Once the time is set, the scene where the Mandalorian first meets Grogu will play. After that Grogu will join you.

Clock Controls

To view the time

Press the B button while Grogu is on screen to open the clock screen. Pressing the B button again will return you to the Grogu display screen.

To adjust the time

Press the B button to transition to the clock screen, then press the A button while the C button is pressed to transition to the clock setting screen. To set the time, please follow the instructions under "Setting the clock" (see "2. Grogu's Arrival").

Please refer to "Reset instructions" if the device or screen doesn't function properly.

There is no save function to the product. Please be warned that changing batteries or going through the "Reset instructions" will reset your current play data.

Turning the sound on and off

Press the A button while the C button is pressed while "Grogu" is on screen to transition to the sound select screen. Use the A button to select between "ON" or "OFF" then press the B button to confirm the change.

Turning the sound "OFF" will prevent the character call from making a sound.

Changing Batteries

Low batteries may cause the screen to go blank and may lead to loss of controls. Please replace the batteries when the replace battery icon is displayed.

1. Remove the battery cover located on the back of the device.
   Use and turn a screwdriver in the direction of the arrow, then remove battery cover.
2. Remove the batteries and replace them with new batteries (2 x LR44 batteries; sold separately) making sure that the + and - of the batteries are properly set.
   Always replace both batteries at the same time.
3. While making sure the hook of the cover is properly set on the back of the device, turn the screwdriver in the opposite direction as step 1-1 to close the cover.

After replacing the batteries please reset the device. (see "2. Grogu's Arrival")

How to take care of Grogu

Call

When Grogu calls for you, you will need to take proper action depending on the state of Grogu. If you miss a call from Grogu, press the C button to confirm Grogu's status.

Squid Chowder

If Grogu is hungry, press the A button to open the menu screen, then press the A button to scroll to [Squid Chowder] and B button to confirm, to feed Grogu a Squid Chowder.

You cannot feed Grogu when there is a Dark Trooper or Spider present nor when Grogu is already full or sleeping.

Macaron

If Grogu is unhappy, press the A button to open the menu screen, then press the A button to scroll to [Macaron] and B button to confirm, to feed Grogu a Macaron.

You cannot feed Grogu when there is a Dark Trooper or Spider present nor when Grogu is sleeping.

Blanket

When Grogu sleeps, press the A button to open the menu screen, then press the A button to scroll to [Blanket] and B button to confirm, to give Grogu a blanket.

When Grogu is sleeping, the only options available are, blanket options, clock controls, and sound controls.

You can only give Grogu a blanket when he is sleeping.

Dark Trooper

Ever so often a Dark Trooper will appear on screen. Press the A button to run away from the Dark Trooper before they occupy the full screen.

Only when you take care of the "Spider Egg Grogu", the Spider appears instead of a Dark Trooper. See "Spider Eggs and Grogu" from below chart.

You cannot run away when Grogu is sleeping or right before he is kidnapped.

Mini Game

You have the option to play Grogu-themed mini games. Press the A button to open the Menu, then press the A button to select and B button to confirm. Three options will be displayed.

• "Frog Catch" and "Collect the Silver Ball" are default mini games you can play when taking care of Grogu.
• "?" are mini games that can be accessed when Grogu's appearance is changed. (see right chart)

Select the mini game you would like to play by pressing the A button to choose and B button to confirm.

You cannot play mini games when there is a Dark Trooper or Spider present nor when Grogu is sleeping.

Default mini game1 Frog Catch

Press either the A or B Button when the frog comes to the center of the screen. You can catch the frog. If you don't press the button or miss-time your button press you will not catch the frog.

Default mini game Collect the Silver Ball

Continuously tap the A button for about 10 seconds. If you get enough presses, you will get the Silver Ball. If you don't have enough presses, you will not get the ball.

Secret mini game1 Drink!

Continuously tap the A button for about 10 seconds. If you get enough presses, you will get the drink in the cup. If you don't have enough presses, you will not get the drink.

Different Appearances of Grogu

Depending on the appearance of Grogu, the playable mini game will change!

Secret Mini Games

Secret mini game Call His Name!

Letters spelling out Grogu's name will fall from the top part of the screen. Catch the letter corresponding to the letter displayed on the top right of the screen. (Press A button to move left, press B button to move right). If you can collect all the letters you succeed. If you fail to catch even 1 letter, it will be considered a fail.

Secret mini game Bite the Hand!

Press either the A or B Button when the Scout Trooper's finger comes to the center of the screen. If you don't press the button or miss-time your button press you will not bite the finger.

Secret mini game Give Me Macaron

Grogu has been denied a Macaron. Use the Force to get the Macaron. Continuously tap the A button for about 10 seconds. If you get enough presses, you will get the Macaron. If you don't have enough presses, you will not get the Macaron.

Secret mini game Run from the Bounty Hunter!

The bounty hunter has captured Grogu! Continuously tap the A button for about 10 seconds. If you get enough presses, Grogu will run away from the bounty hunter. If you don't have enough presses, Grogu will not get away.

Secret mini game Save the Pram from Mamacore!

Mamacore has eaten Grogu's Pram with Grogu in it! The Mandalorian is here for the rescue but needs to avoid the weapons falling from above. (Press A button to move left, press B button to move right). The Mandalorian will fail if he is hit even once.

Secret mini game Red Wire!

Grogu can't decide which wire to cut. Rapidly press the corresponding button that gets displayed above Grogu. (When either A or B is displayed twice, press button twice). If you can press the buttons correctly you will succeed. Directions will be displayed 5 times. Pressing the wrong button or not pressing the buttons quick enough will cause a failure.

Secret mini game Which Pot?

Grogu is hiding in a pot! Guess the pot Grogu is hiding in. (A button will select the left pot, B button will select the right pot)

Secret mini game Crack the Spider Egg

Grogu wants to crack a Spider Egg. Continuously tap the A button for about 10 seconds. If you get enough presses, Grogu will crack the Egg. If you don't have enough presses, Grogu will not crack the Egg.

Secret mini game The Mudhorn

Continuously tap the A button for about 10 seconds. If you get enough presses, the Mudhorn will float! If you don't have enough presses, the Mudhorn will not float.

After using the Mudhorn, Grogu will sleep for about 10 minutes. During this time button presses will not do anything. Please wait till Grogu wakes up.

Special Guests!

At certain times you can see what the special guests are up to. After seeing what they are up to, press one of the buttons.

Dark Trooper Occupation

If you don't take care of Grogu when either a Dark Trooper or a Spider appears, they will start occupying the screen.

If a Dark Trooper or Spider occupies the screen, press the A button till they are completely gone. (When occupied by Dark Trooper or Spider, the only options available to the player are clock and sound options.)

If you leave the screen occupied for too long, the Dark Trooper will kidnap Grogu.

When Grogu is seen holding a Spider Egg, a Spider will occupy the screan instead.

Right before Grogu gets kidnapped, all controls will be disabled.

Bad Ending (Kidnapping)

If you leave the screen occupied for too long, or if you continously allow the screen to get occupied, Grogu will be kidnapped.

If you want a new Grogu, press the A button while pressing the C button. This will replay the scene where the Mandalorian meets Grogu.

Happy Ending

If you properly take care of Grogu for at least 72 hours, a special animation will be played and Grogu will leave for his adventures.

If you want a new Grogu, press the A button while pressing the C button. This will replay the scene where the Mandalorian meets Grogu.
