Assembly Instructions
The following steps outline the assembly process. Ensure all parts are present before beginning.
- Assemble the Front Fork and Wheel: Attach part 1 (front fork assembly) to part 3 (front wheel assembly). Ensure a secure connection. Reference tightening torque: 6NM.
- Attach the Handlebars: Connect part 2 (handlebars) to the top of the front fork assembly.
- Attach the Rear Wheels: Insert part 8 (rear wheels) onto the rear axle, ensuring they click into place.
- Install the Seat: Attach part 5 (seat) to the frame using part 10 (screw). Reference tightening torque: 8NM.
- Attach the Basket: Secure part 4 (basket) to the frame using part 9 (wrench) and screws. Reference tightening torque: 6NM.
- Install the Parent Handle: Connect part 6 (parent handle shaft) to part 7 (parent handle grip). Then, insert the assembled parent handle into the designated slot on the tricycle frame. Ensure it clicks securely.
Note on Push Mode: When in push mode, the front wheel should be adjusted to a free-wheeling state (unlocked).
Front Wheel Lock/Unlock Mechanism:
- Locked: The front wheel will rotate with the pedals, allowing the child to pedal.
- Unlocked (Push Mode): The front wheel spins freely, allowing the parent to push the tricycle without the pedals engaging.
Important Warnings and Safety Precautions
Adult assembly required!
TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY:
- Continuous adult supervision is required.
- Never use near motor vehicles, streets, swimming pools, hills, steps, or sloped driveways.
- Always wear shoes when using the tricycle.
- Never allow more than one rider.
- This product is not a stroller and does not meet stroller safety requirements.
- Always wear a properly fitted helmet (conforming to standards like 16 CFR 1203).
- Use protective equipment such as helmets, elbow pads, knee pads, and gloves.
- Use only on smooth, paved surfaces without traffic. Not for use on public roads.
- Do not use in dusk, at night, or during times of limited visibility or inclement weather.
- Replace worn or broken parts immediately.
- Maximum weight capacity is 25 kg.
- Suitable for children aged 24-72 months.
- Choking hazard for children under 3 years - contains small parts prior to assembly.
- Use with caution as skill is required to avoid falls or collisions causing injury to the user or third parties.
General Safety Advice:
- Always wear appropriate protective gear.
- Ensure all fasteners are securely tightened before riding.
- Periodically check the condition of the tricycle, especially fasteners and brake/steering functions.
