Installation Instructions

This control box can be mounted either vertically or horizontally and designed to be flush mounted to a flat surface.

  1. Unscrew the 4x socket head button screws to open the cover plate using a 3mm Hex key (not included). After opening the cover plate, make sure all wiring is properly connected and no internal terminal studs are loose.
  2. Mark and drill out the mounting holes for mounting the control box on the wall. Make sure to clean out all the aluminium swarf created from drilling.
  3. Lift the control box onto desired location, mark the locations of the drilled mounting holes on the canopy wall. Remove the box and drill the holes accordingly.
  4. Lift the control box onto the desired location and insert the mounting bolts (not included). Tighten the mounting fasteners using nyloc nuts and washers (not included). It is recommended to use 4 x M10 bolts (not included) to secure the control box. Large washers (not included) should be used on either side of the bolted joint to spread the load across a greater area to prevent failure or pull through of the bolt.
  5. Connect the positive and negative cables from the Auxiliary battery to the red and black studs in the box respectively. Connect the desired devices to be controlled to the switch load terminals in the back of the front panel as the wiring diagram below:

Wiring Diagram:

Diagram Description: The diagram shows the internal wiring of the control box. It illustrates connections from the battery input terminals (double terminal studs) to the fuse block, bus bar, quick connect plugs, USB socket, 12V sockets, and rocker switches. Input cables are recommended to be #4 AWG with a maximum of 80A, and an 80A fuse is recommended for the input. The fuse panel includes a 6P ATP fuse block with various fuse ratings (10A, 15A, 5A) for different circuits. The voltmeter is connected to display the input voltage.

Once complete, the LED display on the voltmeter should be an indication of power going into the panel. If there is no power, check cabling, wiring, 12v switch is on, test using a 12v multimeter, or contact a licensed auto electrician.
