Solis Standard Operating Procedure
S6 50K - Start Up Procedure Guide version 1.0
Overview
The start-up procedure guide is a step-by-step guide in starting up a standard 3Phase Hybrid inverter range after commissioning.
· Confirm the Quick Set up has been completed prior to initial startup (refer to Solis SOP 50K Quick Set up v1.1)
· Ensure all AC & DC sources have been connected in accordance with the manual, tested and isolated. (The inverter should be off at this stage)
Step 1 ­ Switch on AC to inverter The Inverter HMI will light up and the battery Icon & Power indicator should then be orange(warning) status- Refer to image 1.1
Step 2 ­ Switch on the battery If and when the communication between the battery and the inverter is correct will the battery, icon turn blue, and the power indicator will then start flashing to run the synchronisation with the Grid. Refer to image 2.1
Step 3- Switch on the PV DC switch, if Solar has been installed.

Step 1- Switch on the AC to inverter AC to inverter is now switched on Image 1.1

1.2 The battery and Power Light Icon will be orange after the AC to inverter initialization has taken place.
You would then need to follow Step 2 by switching on the battery as per manufacturer guide.

Step 2- Switch on the battery

Step 3- Switch on the PV DC switch, if Solar has been installed.

The battery icon will turn blue, and the power indicator will then start flashing to run the synchronisation with the Grid.

Once successfully synced with the grid the Backup port will then switch on.
