Product Diagram

Frequency Response and Polar Pattern
Frequency Response: The graph shows the microphone's output level across various frequencies. It indicates a generally flat response between 100Hz and 10kHz, with a slight boost around 5kHz and a gradual roll-off at lower and higher frequencies.
Polar Pattern: The polar pattern graph illustrates the microphone's directional sensitivity. It shows maximum sensitivity directly in front of the microphone (cardioid pattern), with sensitivity decreasing as the sound source moves towards the sides and rear.
Installation and Usage
Mounting to Desktop Stand
Attach the microphone to the desktop stand. Rotate the base of the desktop stand counter-clockwise to mount it securely to the microphone. The PD100X is compatible with both 3/8-inch and 5/8-inch threads.
Mounting to Boom Arm
Attach the microphone to the boom arm. Rotate the microphone counter-clockwise to mount it to the boom arm. The PD100X is compatible with both 3/8-inch and 5/8-inch threads.
Connecting to Computers
Connect the microphone to your computer using the USB-C cable. Plug your headphones into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the microphone for real-time monitoring. [System notification indicating device is ready]
Connecting to Audio Interface
Connect the microphone to an audio interface using an XLR-XLR cable. Plug your headphones into the headphone jack of the audio interface if you require monitoring.

Setup Guides
Windows Setup Guide (Windows 10, 8, 7)
- Open Volume Mixer.
- Navigate to Sound settings, then the Recording tab.
- Select 'Microphone PD100X Podcast Microphone' as the default recording device.
- Adjust microphone levels in 'Microphone Properties' under the 'Levels' tab.
macOS Setup Guide
- Open 'System Preferences' and select 'Sound'.
- Go to the 'Input' tab.
- Select 'PD100X Podcast Microphone' from the list of input devices.
- Adjust the 'Input volume' slider as needed.
Maono Link Software
Maono Link is available for Windows 7 or later, and macOS 10.14 or later. To download the software, visit https://www.maono.com. Settings are synchronized in real-time between hardware and software. The software interface and functions may change due to updates; refer to the latest version.
Standard Mode
Offers simple and intuitive audio settings.
Advanced Mode

Safety Precautions

To maximize battery life, avoid discharging below 3.18V (15% capacity). Discharging below 2.5V can cause permanent damage. If unused for over a month, charge to 50% and check every two months. Store in a dry place away from sunlight and freezing temperatures.
Li-PO Battery
The Li-Po battery ages with time and use. Manufacturer-specified operating times are under optimal laboratory conditions with a new, fully charged battery; actual times may vary. To maximize battery life, avoid discharging below 3.5V (5% capacity). Discharging below 3.2V can cause permanent damage. If unused for over a month, charge to 50% and check every two months.
