Safety Guide
Warning
- This product can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes without malfunctioning. However, prolonged or frequent water immersion may affect its lifespan.
- If used near the sea, clean with a neutral cleaning agent or clean water.
- Always supervise children when using the product.
- Do not expose the power station to heat sources or disregard operation temperature instructions. Overly high temperatures can cause fire or explosion; overly low temperatures degrade performance.
- Do not disassemble or damage the power station, as this may cause water intrusion, fire, explosion, electric shock, or other risks.
- Do not use unauthenticated accessories or damaged cables/plugs.
- Unplug the power supply when the station is not in use.
- Store the station properly and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
- Fully charge the station before long-term storage. Recharge every 6 months.
- Do not store the station in low battery mode, as this can permanently damage the battery.
Disposal
- Discharge the power station completely before recycling. Do not dispose of with normal garbage. Follow local government guidance for battery disposal.
- If the station is broken or cannot be discharged, contact a professional battery recycling facility.
Operation
Discharge
DC Discharge
Press the Power button to enter work mode (indicator light turns on). Connect a compatible device to start discharging. Double-click the Power button for continuous DC output (button light flashes at 1-second intervals). Double-click again or turn off the device to exit.
AC Discharge
Connect a compatible device to the AC ports and press the AC button (indicator light turns on). The station has a default power-saving mode, automatically powering off after 12 hours with no/low load. For continuous AC output with low-consumption appliances, double-click the AC button (button light flashes). Double-click again or turn off the device to exit.
AC Discharge (TT-30R)
The US & JP version includes a TT-30R AC outlet (20A) suitable for RVs or boats. Connect a device and press the AC button to start discharging. Press again to stop.
Bypass Mode (UPS) <10ms
When plugged into an AC wall socket for charging and AC output is used simultaneously, the station enters bypass mode (UPS) with a maximum output of 1800W. During a power outage, it switches to battery power within 10ms. Test compatibility before use.
Recharge
AC Cable
To charge using the AC cable, plug it into the input port and then into a wall socket.
Connect Extra Battery(s)
To connect Extra Battery(s) (sold separately), power off the Ark Pro. Open the left side door, connect the Extra Battery Cable to the Ark Pro and the Extra Battery 2300Wh. Ensure a secure connection. Up to 10 Extra Battery Packs can be connected (Up to 25kWh).
WARNING: Shut down the Ark Pro system before connecting any Extra Battery. Improper connection can cause damage and void the warranty. Exercise caution and follow recommended procedures.
Solar Panel (Sold Separately)
Contact your local reseller for Arkpax solar panels with XT60 serial/parallel adapters. The power station supports up to 1200W Max. panels. Plug the solar panel (XT60) into the M19 Connector, then into the solar input port (M19) to charge. Use the 1-to-3 XT60 cable for multiple panels. Refer to the "How to Connect Multiple Solar Panels" manual.
Car Adapter (Sold Separately)
To charge using a car adapter, plug the adapter (XT60) into the M19 Connector, then into the solar input port (M19). Supports adapters up to 240W Max. Contact your local reseller for compatible products.
Hulk Belt Handle
A detachable handle provides a convenient way to carry the Ark Pro. It can be attached using the four anchor points on the sides, front, or back, or diagonally. Detach when not needed.
Cable Storage Cover
A cable storage compartment is located below the telescopic handle. Slide the locks to open the cover, store cables inside the accessories pouch, and hang on hooks. Close by sliding back and ensuring it's locked. This keeps cables organized and accessible.
Telescopic Handle
To extend the handle, press the release button on top and pull gently to the maximum length. Ensure it's securely locked. To retract, press the release button and push down carefully. Use caution to prevent injuries.
Detach Telescopic Handle and Wheels
To minimize footprint, detach components: remove cable storage cover, use the M5 Allen Wrench to unscrew and detach the telescopic handle. For wheels, pry off the cover with a flat-head screwdriver, unscrew the nut with a hex wrench, detach one side, and slide out the other wheel and axle. Store detached parts safely for reassembly.
Position the device close to a wall, maintaining at least 10 cm of space on both sides for ventilation and cable access.
Light
Press the Light button to turn the light on/off. Long press for 2-3 seconds to enter SOS mode. The emergency lighting can function for approximately three hours even when the battery level is at 0% (though output will be unavailable).
Display
The LCD display automatically turns off after 3 minutes of inactivity. Press the Power button to turn it back on. The display shows battery status, power input/output, and other relevant information.
Buzzer
Press both the Power and Light buttons for 1 second to disable the buzzer (two beeps, dark screen). The buzzer sounds only during system abnormalities. Repeat the action to re-enable.
Wind-dry
After washing, press both Power and Light keys briefly. The buzzer sounds for 0.5 seconds, the fan runs at 100% for 2 hours, and the system key light flashes every 2 seconds. Repeat to exit.
Low Battery Protection
When the battery level displays 0%, there is still residual power to protect battery cells and the BMS system.
Water Immersion Warning
Icons indicate water ingress warnings for Type-C (C1-C4), USB-A, Car port, and AC ports. If a port shows a warning, do not use it forcefully. Wait for the port to drain and the alert to disappear before resuming use. Water immersion alerts for the entire machine are also indicated.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- What type of battery is used? EV grade high-quality LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) battery.
- What devices can be driven by the AC output? Continuous power of 2400W, peak at 4800W. Confirm the power of the appliance; the sum of all load devices must be less than the station's rated power.
- Why is there a humming sound? The unit uses an air-cooling system with a low-noise fan that runs at ~40db for heat dissipation. This is normal.
- How to know how long the power station lasts? The LCD displays the estimated remaining discharge time for devices with stable power usage.
- Can it be brought on board a plane? No. Lithium batteries over 100Wh are prohibited on planes according to International Air Transport Standard Regulations.
- Is the actual output capacity the same as nominal? No, there is an efficiency loss during charging and discharging. Actual output is slightly lower than the nominal capacity.
- Can I plug the Ark Pro into an AC wall socket to charge and use AC output simultaneously? Yes. However, this may trigger the bypass discharge feature, limiting charging power if output is fully loaded. It also provides UPS functionality (10ms switchover).
- What is the water resistance of Ark Pro? It has an IP67 rating (splash, water, and dust resistant) according to IEC/EN standard 60529. It can withstand immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, but resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time. Attempting to charge a wet Ark Pro is not recommended, and liquid damage is not covered under warranty.
