3.4 AC Charging

EcoFlow's X-Stream fast charge technology is designed for AC charging. The charging power can be controlled via the AC Charge Speed Switch. Setting it to the top provides maximum charging speed, while setting it to the bottom allows for a custom speed (400W by default, adjustable in the EcoFlow App). The X-Stream charging input port has a self-protection function that activates if the AC input current exceeds 20A, causing the Overload Protection Switch to pop up. After confirming no product failure, press the switch to resume charging.

Charging Process:

  • Connect the AC Charging Cable to the product and a 15A (or above) wall outlet.
  • The product can achieve a full charge in under 2 hours.
  • Modes: X-Stream Fast Charging (Maximum Charging Mode) or Customized Charging Power Rate Range (200W to maximum input power, default 400W).

Please use the EcoFlow AC charging Cable for fast charging. EcoFlow is not responsible for any consequences caused by failure to follow instructions.

3.5 Solar Charging

Users can connect solar panels in series to recharge the product. The product supports 11-100V DC input, with a maximum current of 10A and a maximum charging power of 800W.

Connection: Use the Solar Charging Cable and MC4 connectors to link solar panels. Follow the instructions provided with the solar panel. Ensure the solar panel's output voltage is within 100V to prevent product damage.

3.6 Car Charging

Recharge the product using the Car Charging Input Port. It supports 12V/24V car chargers with a default charging current of 8A.

Usage: Charge after starting the car to avoid draining the car battery. Ensure the Car Charging Input Port and Car Charging Cable are in good condition. EcoFlow is not liable for damages resulting from improper use.

3.7 Using Smart Extra Battery

The DELTA Max can be connected with up to two Smart Extra Batteries to increase capacity. Refer to the user manuals for DELTA Max Smart Extra Battery and Smart Generator for detailed instructions.

Connection Precautions:

  • Ensure both the DELTA Max and the Smart Extra Battery are turned off before connecting.
  • After connection, verify that both LCD screens display an extra battery icon before use.
  • Do not connect or disconnect the Smart Extra Battery during charging or discharging. If necessary, turn off the product first.
  • Avoid touching the metal terminals of the Smart Extra Battery connector with hands or objects. Clean any adhering foreign objects with a dry cloth.

3.8 APP

The EcoFlow App allows users to remotely control and monitor EcoFlow power stations. Access the user guide and download link at https://ecoflow.com/pages/ecoflow-app.

Privacy Policy: By using EcoFlow Products, Applications, and Services, you consent to the EcoFlow Term of Use and Privacy Policy, accessible via the "About" section of the "User" page in the App or on the official EcoFlow website at https://ecoflow.com/pages/terms-of-use and https://ecoflow.com/pages/privacy-policy.

3.9 X-Boost

To prevent overload protection failures, the X-Boost feature automatically enables when total output exceeds rated power, allowing the product to power high-wattage appliances.

X-Boost Tips:

  • X-Boost is enabled by default; it can be enabled or disabled in the EcoFlow App.
  • X-Boost is unavailable when AC output is on during recharging (bypass mode) or when X-Boost is disabled.
  • X-Boost is not compatible with all appliances, especially those with strict voltage requirements or voltage protection (e.g., precise instruments). It is more suitable for heating devices. Conduct your own tests with devices when X-Boost is enabled.

3.10 Emergency Power Supply (EPS)

The product supports EPS functionality. When grid power is connected to the AC Input Port via an AC Charging cable, electrical devices can be powered through the AC Output Sockets. In the event of a sudden blackout, the product switches to battery power within 30ms. This is a basic UPS function and does not support 0ms switching. Avoid connecting devices requiring 0ms UPS, such as data servers and workstations. Test and confirm compatibility before use. It is recommended to charge only one device at a time and avoid multiple devices simultaneously to prevent overload.
