  • ❗ Do not strike or drop the microphone. This may cause malfunction.

Features

  • UP/DOWN Switch Dynamic Microphone: In addition to normal microphone use, the UP/DOWN switch allows you to change the frequency of your transceiver from your hand.
  • Optimal Sound Quality Design for Communication Equipment: Thorough experiments have been conducted on frequency performance, and the sound quality has been designed with an emphasis on improving intelligibility, which is most important for communication equipment.
  • Ergonomic Shape and Reliability: The shape is ergonomically designed for excellent operability, preventing fatigue even during long periods of use. The UP/DOWN switch is designed to be operated while holding the microphone.

Connecting to Transceiver

The microphone impedance is 600 Ω. Please use it with a low impedance transceiver. Connect the MC-43S to the transceiver's microphone terminal.

  1. Turn off the transceiver's power.
  2. Firmly insert the microphone's plug into the transceiver's microphone terminal.
  3. Turn on the transceiver's power.

When Transmitting

  1. Press the PTT switch.
  2. Speak into the microphone. The optimal distance from the microphone to your mouth is approximately 20cm.
  3. Release the PTT switch when you have finished speaking.
