An optional 10-button user interface with a color LCD simplifies printer setup and status checks. New at-a-glance five LED status icons: The standard three-button user interface with five LED status icons replaces the typical single button/single light interface found in many desktop printers, allowing users to instantly identify needs like replenishing media or resolving issues.
Configuration is a snap with the optional color LCD and 10-button user interface: Easy setup and configuration are possible with the optional 10-button interface and color LCD. The display changes color to indicate printer status (e.g., paused, error), enabling quick identification and resolution of issues to minimize downtime.

Backwards compatibility with virtually any existing printer: The ZD620 supports both EPL and ZPL printer languages, allowing users to leverage existing label formats and applications. With on-printer Virtual Devices, part of Zebra's Print DNA suite, it can also use languages typically associated with other printer brands.
Comprehensive connectivity options: The ZD620 offers extensive connectivity, including Ethernet, Serial, USB 2.0, and USB Host. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) enables printing from iOS devices. Wireless models include fast 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.1. The included Print Touch tag (NFC) allows users to tap a compatible mobile device to pair and print, and to access Zebra's knowledge base of how-to videos.
