Parts List

Carefully remove all the parts from the carton and place them individually on a soft cloth to prevent scratches or other damage.

Carefully and strictly follow these assembly & installation instructions to ensure a completed product as designed.

Do not tighten all the screws until each part is properly assembled.

Dog Crate Assembly

Step 1

Use tools (1) [Screw] and (5) [Wrench] to screw the two (F) [Square Tube] on either side of the backing board (I).

Required Tools: (1) [Screw] x4PCS, (F) [Square Tube] x2PCS, (I) [Backing Board] x1PC

Step 2

Use tools (1) [Screw] and (5) [Wrench] to screw (A) [Iron Frame] to (I) [Backing Board], and then use (2) [Screw] and (5) [Wrench] to screw (A) [Iron Frame] to (F) [Square Tube] and (E) [Square Tube].

Required Tools: (A) [Iron Frame] x2PCS, (E) [Square Tube] x1PC, (F) [Square Tube] x4PCS

NOTE: The door hinge connection here must be facing inward as shown, otherwise the door cannot be installed.

Please pay attention to the hole position in the picture and screw it in vertically.

Step 3

Use tools (1) [Screw] and (5) [Wrench] to screw (B) [Iron Frame] to (I) [Backing Board], and then use (2) [Screw] and (5) [Wrench] to screw (B) [Iron Frame] to (F) [Square Tube] and (E) [Square Tube]. Finally, screw the adjustable feet (4) [Screw] into the bottom of (A) and (B).

Required Tools: (B) [Iron Frame] x2PCS, (F) [Square Tube] x7PCS, (E) [Square Tube] x1PC, (A) [Iron Frame] x1PC

NOTE: The door hinge connection here must be facing inward as shown, otherwise the door cannot be installed.

Please pay attention to the hole position in the picture and screw it in vertically.

Step 4

Use tools (2) [Screw] and (5) [Wrench] to screw (H) [Bottom Board] to the bottom (F) [Square Tube] and (G) [Top Board] to the top (F) [Square Tube].

Required Tools: (G) [Top Board] x1PC, (H) [Bottom Board] x1PC

NOTE: The board with the two pilot holes faces up.

Please pay attention to the hole position in the picture and screw it in vertically.

Step 5

Use tools (3) [Screw], (4) [Screw], (5) [Wrench], and (6) [Wrench] to screw the dog feeding tray (J) to the (A) [Iron Frame]. Then use (9) [Screwdriver] and (11) [Screw] to screw (12) [Screw] on the bottom board.

You can measure the height of the dog according to the method shown in the figure and then select the corresponding installation height of the dog feeding tray.

1. Measure your dog from the floor to the highest point of their shoulder blades.
2. Match your dog's measurement to the feeder height on the chart.

NOTE: The three pairs of holes are respectively 4 inches, 8 inches and 12 inches from the height of the bottom board (H).

Step 6

Take out the left and right iron doors (C) and (D) respectively, and insert the iron door hinges from the top according to the method shown in the figure, then use tools (7) [Screw], (8) [Screw], and (9) [Screwdriver] to tighten the door handle on the door. Finally, lay the dog blanket (L) flat on the bottom plate.
