Risk of injury to the hands When assembling and screwing the individual parts, pay attention to sharp edges on tools, screws and components. 5 Thon Studio Side Rack XL 10U Studio Rack Scope of delivery 2 Scope of delivery Before you assemble your rack, make sure the contents of package is complete according to the following list. n 2 × side panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board n 1 × floor panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board n 1 × cover panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board n 1 × front panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board n 2 × rack rails, 3 U, stepless, equipped with nuts and rubber piping n 2 × rack rails, 10 U, stepless, equipped with nuts and rubber piping n 2 × rack rails, 13 U, stepless, equipped with nuts and rubber piping n 32 × woodscrew for rack rail n 16 × connector housing n 16 × connector bolts n 8 × wooden dowel n 4 × braking furniture caster n 16 × raised countersunk screw 4,8×16 n 1 × assembly instruction n 1 × installation template for rack rail 6 Thon Studio Side Rack XL 10U Studio Rack 3 Installation Installation Place all components on a suitable mounting surface for mounting. Use a soft padding to prevent damages to the surfaces. Position all connector housings so that the respective connecting bolts can be completely sunk into the holes and the arrow posi- tion of the connector housings points towards the hole. After insertion, the connecting bolts sit loosely in the drill holes and only spread apart when the connector housings on the associated component are tightened. $ ö # 9 Thon Studio Side Rack XL 10U Studio Rack Installation % & 1 Left side panel 2 Right side panel 3 Base panel 4 Cover panel 10 Thon Studio Side Rack XL 10U Studio Rack 5 Front panel A Connector bolt B Connector housing C Wooden dowel Installation Assembling the components Place the base panel, the cover plate and the front panel onto the connecting bolts of the left side panel. Tighten the connector housings clockwise to lock the connection with the inserted connecting bolts. Place the right side panel onto the pre-assembled unit consisting of the base panel, cover panel and front panel. Tighten the con- nector housings clockwise to lock the connection with the inserted connecting bolts. Screw the four casters into the holes provided in the base panel , each with four raised countersunk screw. Use the wood screws provided to screw the rack rails to the inside of the rack parallel to the front and rear edges. We recommend a distance of approx. 1.5 cm from the front edge. A mounting template is included for easy installation.
