Analysis of Common Problems
Phenomena | Causes | Solutions |
---|---|---|
Machine suddenly stops working during use. | Machine may have run too long, ambient temperature too high, causing motor overheating and activating protection program. | Reset speed to "0", unplug, wait for the machine to return to room temperature (approx. 15-30 minutes) before restarting. |
Machine does not run when turning the knob. | Check if the plug is properly connected to the socket. Check if the power is out. Check if the rise button is in place. | Verify the power plug is plugged into the outlet. Wait for power before operating. Make sure the headstock is stuck in place. |
Excessive noise when the machine is running. | Machine works louder in high gear than low gear. Amount of food stirred is too large (overloading). Voltage is unstable. Working time is too long. | Choose the appropriate gear for the food. Reduce the amount of food. If voltage is unstable, wait for it to stabilize. If working time is too long, stop and cool down. |
Machine speed drops or is unstable. | Room temperature is low, causing lubricant to harden. Ingredients are too hard/numerous, overloading the machine. Voltage suddenly becomes low. | Remove the mixing bowl and let the machine idle for 5 minutes to soften lubricant and restore speed stability. Reduce mixing volume and work within normal load. Wait for stable voltage. |
Machine swaying and shaking when working. | Check if the foot pad on the base is off. Machine is not placed on a smooth, flat countertop. | Ensure foot pad is on the base. Place the appliance on a smooth, flat countertop. |
Headstock cannot reset after putting on anti-splash cover and mixing bowl. | Check that the anti-splash cover is in place and the mixing bowl is assembled. | Rotate the anti-splash cover and assemble it in place, then assemble the mixing bowl. |
Dough darkening found after use. | Black powder falls onto the dough at the mixing head. | Please check that the mixing head and hook are dry and that no water or dust is present on the surface before use. |
Cleaning
Body Cleaning:
- Do not immerse the machine in water. Do not shower water directly on top of the machine to prevent water from entering the body, which could cause short circuits, electric shock, leakage, rust, or other failures.
- Do not use a damp towel to wipe the machine.
- Do not use detergent, vinegar, salt, or other corrosive, strongly acidic, or strongly alkaline cleaning products on the machine body, as this can damage its surface.
- Do not use sharp or rough tools, such as wire balls, to brush accessories, as this can damage their surface.
Accessory Cleaning:
- Do not put cast aluminum parts into the dishwasher or wash them with corrosive, strongly acidic, or alkaline cleaning products. (Exception: stainless steel parts, surface-treated Teflon parts, and electrophoresis parts may be dishwasher safe).
- Do not soak accessories for a long time in detergent, saltwater, vinegar, or other corrosive liquids; clean them promptly.
- After cleaning, dry accessories thoroughly, especially internal parts.
Special Cleaning:
- The rotating output shaft may produce black traces due to high speed and friction during operation. Clean it promptly after each use and keep it dry.
- Pay attention to sharp blades and accessories with sharp edges.
Preservation and Maintenance:
- You can apply olive oil to the blade's surface, knife plate, and mixing pot to ensure a dry environment and prevent oxidation.
- When not in use, cover the machine with a packaging bag and place it in a dry environment.
Removal of Appliances Used (WEEE)
Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) requires that appliances are not disposed of with normal municipal waste. Old appliances must be collected separately to optimize recovery and recycling of materials and reduce environmental impact. The dustbin symbol reminds consumers of separate collection obligations. Contact local authorities or dealers for disposal steps. If scrapping an old appliance, render dangerous parts harmless by disconnecting the power cable.
Danger:
- Never attempt to use a damaged appliance or one with a damaged power cord or plug. If the power cord is defective, it must be replaced by after-sales service to eliminate danger.
- Only qualified and authorized persons should repair the appliance. Non-standard repairs can significantly increase user risk.
- Defects from improper handling, degradation, or third-party repairs void the warranty. This also applies to normal wear and tear of accessories.
Important!
It is recommended to keep the original packaging for at least the duration of the warranty. The guarantee is not valid without original packaging.
Warranty:
Your device has a two-year warranty. Accessories and spare parts are available only during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover wear, breakage from misuse, or damage from improper handling. The customer is responsible for all returns, including shipping costs and risks. Ship products with acknowledgement of receipt and transport insurance for valuable items.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN: Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
