Safety and Environmental Considerations
The unit is designed with advanced safety features for handling R-290 refrigerant, including an integrated refrigerant container, sealed PCB box, plug-in electronic components, high-efficiency gas separator, integrated R-290 transport tank, and a leak detection sensor in the outdoor unit.
It utilizes the natural refrigerant R-290 (GWP = 0.02 according to IPCC6), offering exceptional efficiency and reduced environmental impact. The microchannel aluminum heat exchanger and optimized deflectors ensure maximum airflow and efficiency.

Design and Operation
The heat pump features a modern design with a silver panel, matte black front grille, and deflector grille.
It offers hygienic hot water with a sophisticated fresh water concept for various installation needs.
Quiet operation is achieved through an innovative deflector grille and high-efficiency sound-absorbing casing with optimized insulation.
- Sound pressure <47 dB(A) at 3 meters during the day (highest power class).
- Sound pressure <34 dB(A) at 2 meters during the night (highest power class).
Intuitive operation is provided by a 5-inch touch display with the new DAIKIN MM14 controller, offering intelligent operation for commissioning and user settings.
The system supports heating with underfloor heating and radiators. Water outlet temperatures can reach 75°C even at -15°C outdoor temperatures, making it compatible with all types of radiant bodies.
Hydrosplit principle: The refrigerant is contained solely within the outdoor unit, with only water connections present in the indoor unit.

All indoor units are equipped with the new intuitive MMI-4 command with a 5-inch touch display for an optimized user experience.
Series ECH₂O
Floor-standing unit with ECH₂O tank and connection possibility for solar thermal panels. It offers a complete solution with advanced heat pump technology and an integrated thermal accumulator, providing hygienic operation and readiness for additional heat sources.
Series F
Floor-standing unit with integrated domestic hot water tank. This all-in-one concept offers reduced footprint and overall height.
Series W
Wall-mounted unit. It is versatile, offering flexible cascade or hybrid solutions for existing heating systems.

For detached and semi-detached houses:
