Usage Precautions and Frequently Asked Questions
- Powering On/Off: Press the "POWER" ? button for 3 seconds to turn the sound card on or off. After turning on, put on earphones. A short press of the "POWER" button initiates live broadcasting, indicated by an "Internal opening" sound ? in the earphones.
- Charging: Charge the sound card before use. Low volume or poor sound quality indicates insufficient power. Do not charge while using the sound card, as the current may cause interference.
- Connections: Ensure all interfaces are fully plugged in. If using a mobile phone with a case, remove the case to ensure proper connection.
- Computer/Laptop Connection: For live broadcast or accompaniment, connect the sound card's charging interface directly to the computer's USB interface using the charging cable. Do not use the 'live' ports for computer connection. The computer should automatically identify and install the sound card driver. If not recognized, check the interface and cable connections.
- iPhone Live Broadcast Noise: If you experience heavy sound or noise when using an iPhone for live broadcast, try turning off the phone's volume. Volume can be adjusted on the sound card.
- Bluetooth Function: The Bluetooth function supports only accompaniment devices with Bluetooth. An accompaniment cable can also be used.
- Listening to Live Broadcast: When listening to the live broadcast effect with a mobile phone, ensure the listening phone is not too close to the live broadcast phone to avoid signal interference and howling.
- Microphone Noise: To reduce noise, turn down the microphone volume. High microphone sensitivity may cause noise or harsh sounds.
- External Speakers: Using external speakers for computer live broadcasting is not recommended, as the speaker sound may be re-recorded by the microphone, causing double tones. It is advised to use headphones during computer live broadcasting.
- Port Usage: The "Monitor" interface is for earphones without a microphone, and the "Headset" interface is for earphones/headsets with a microphone. To ensure correct port usage, test both if noise or interference occurs from one port.
