Mesh Networking
For larger spaces, multiple OPPO Wi-Fi 6 Routers can be connected in a mesh network.
Method 1: Wireless Mesh Networking
- Use an OPPO Wi-Fi 6 Router as the primary router and complete network configuration. The LED indicator should be solid white.
- Place a secondary OPPO Wi-Fi 6 Router near the primary router (at least 1 meter apart). Turn on the secondary router. Its LED indicator will blink white three times and then show a solid red light.
- Press and hold the Mesh button on the back of the primary router for 3 seconds. The primary router's LED indicator will blink yellow, indicating mesh networking has started.
- If the LED indicators of both routers turn solid white, mesh networking is successful. If the primary router's LED blinks red and the secondary router's LED is solid red, mesh networking has failed.
Note: The secondary router must be in a factory state. If it has been configured, press and hold its Reset button for more than 3 seconds to reset it.
