- Read and save these instructions for future reference.
- Always shut off electricity at the main fuse or circuit breaker and the wall switch before starting any work.
- Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, flat, and at least 1/4” larger than the canopy on all sides. Correct any gaps exceeding 3/16".
- Verify the ceiling or wall can support the lamp's weight.
- Use only 120V voltage. Maximum wattage is Type B, 40W per bulb.
- Keep the lamp away from acidic and alkaline substances.
- Turn off or unplug the lamp and wait for bulbs to cool before replacing them.
- Safety instructions are not exhaustive; use common sense, caution, and care with electrical products.

Before starting assembly and installation, prepare the following tools:
- Ladder
- Phillips head/flat blade screwdriver
- Electrical tape
- Pliers
- Wire cutter/stripper

Assembly & Installation Instructions
- Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and check that all parts and accessories are included as shown in the illustration.
- Turn off power: Before starting, ensure electricity is off at the main fuse/circuit breaker and the wall switch.
- Make assembly:
- Step A1: Unscrew knob nuts (F) from back plate (E) and set aside.
- Step A2: Pass supply wires from the outlet box through mounting plate (D). Secure mounting plate (D) to the outlet box using mounting screws (A).
- Step A3: Make wire connections
Connect wires as shown in the chart. Ground wire is bare copper; do not connect other wires to it.
Ground Wire Connection:
- Diagram A: Outlet box ground to fixture ground (green screw).
- Diagram B: Outlet box ground to fixture ground (green screw).
Wire Connections Chart:
Connect Black or Red Supply Wire to: Connect White Supply Wire to: Connect Neutral Wire to: Black White Neutral *Parallel cord (round & smooth) *Parallel cord (square & ridged) Clear, Brown, Gold or Black with tracer Clear, Brown, Gold or Black without tracer Clear, Brown, Gold or Black with tracer Insulated wire (other than green) with silver conductor Insulated wire (other than green) with copper conductor Insulated wire (other than green) with silver conductor Note: For parallel wires (SPT I & SPT II), the neutral wire is square or ridged, and the other wire is round or smooth.
Twist wires together with plastic wire connectors until tightly joined. Wrap each connector with approved electrical tape, ensuring no wire strands are exposed. Tuck all wires into the outlet box.
- Step A4: Align back plate (E) holes with mounting screws on mounting plate (D). Attach back plate (E) using knob nuts (F). Hand tighten until snug. Ensure back plate (E) is snug against the wall. Adjust mounting screws if necessary. Tighten knob nuts (F).
- Step A5:
- Install bulbs (not included), not exceeding the maximum wattage per socket.
- Screw glass shades (I) onto sockets (H). Hand tighten until snug.
- Check that everything is installed properly, then turn on the light.
Cleaning
Wipe the fixture with a soft cloth. Clean glass with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid abrasive materials like scouring pads or steel wool.
