Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase of a KICKER TC10 sealed enclosure system, featuring Comp subwoofers. This system is designed to deliver excellent bass performance in a variety of applications. These installation instructions will help you achieve optimal results from your new KICKER subwoofer.
Installation Instructions
These enclosures combine KICKER's Comp subwoofers with computer-designed and human-fine-tuned enclosures, offering a level of bass performance previously unavailable in commercially produced units. The TS Series enclosures are carpeted for protection and come pre-loaded with a Comp 10-inch woofer.
KICKER TC enclosures are specifically designed to fit behind the seat of a pickup truck. They are engineered to provide the best bass response when firing towards the back of the truck seat.
To connect your subwoofer, plug the speaker wires into the terminals on the back of the enclosure. The red connector is positive (+) and the black connector is negative (-). Connect the other end of these wires to your subwoofer amplifier, following the amplifier's owner's manual.

Speaker Systems Limited Warranty
Kicker warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of THREE (3) MONTHS from the original purchase date. When purchased from an Authorized KICKER Dealer, the warranty extends to ONE (1) YEAR from the original purchase date. For "B Stock" items purchased from an Authorized KICKER Dealer, the warranty is THREE (3) MONTHS from the purchase date.
Kicker will replace or repair defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge during the warranty period. Warranty replacements for "B-Stock" items may exhibit cosmetic scratches or blemishes. Discontinued products may be replaced with current equivalent models.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and does not extend to subsequent owners. Any applicable implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some states may not allow limitations on implied warranties.
This warranty grants specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.
Warranty or Service Procedure
For warranty or service, return defective merchandise to your local Authorized Stillwater Designs (Kicker) Dealer. To confirm dealer authorization, ask to see their current authorized dealer window decal.
If returning defective merchandise directly, call the Kicker Customer Service Department at (405)624-8510 to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Package all defective items in their original container or a package that prevents shipping damage, and return to:

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Return only defective components; returning entire cabinets or system packs may increase freight charges. Non-defective items received will be returned freight collect.
Include a dated proof-of-purchase (stating customer name, dealer name, product purchased, and date of purchase). Warranty expiration without proof-of-purchase will be based on the type of sale and manufacturing date code. Freight must be prepaid; items received freight collect will be refused.

What is Not Covered?
This warranty is valid only if the product is used for its intended purpose. It does not cover:
- Damage due to improper installation
- Subsequent damage to other components
- Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation
- Damage through negligence, misuse, accident, or abuse. Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse.
- Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of the product
- Speakers damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion
- Items previously repaired or modified by any unauthorized repair facility
- Return shipping on non-defective items
- Products with tampered or missing barcode labels
- Products returned without a Return Authorization (RMA) number
- Freight Damage
- The cost of shipping the product to Kicker
- Service performed by anyone other than Kicker
- Speakers with foreign caulk used for gasket material
Warranty Service Timeframe
Kicker aims for 24-hour service for all returns. Delays may occur if replacement inventory or parts are unavailable.
