Setup and Usage Notes:
Audio Output Not Detected: Ensure MHW-PRO is selected as the audio output device in your system's sound settings.
Microphone Not Detected: 1. Verify the microphone is fully inserted into the microphone port. 2. Check if the microphone is muted by pressing the microphone mute button. 3. Ensure MHW-PRO is selected as the audio input device in your system's sound settings.
Stuttering Audio: Check for obstructions or excessive distance between the headset and receiver. Electromagnetic interference or exceeding the wireless range may cause occasional disconnections.

Button Functions
Power / LED Light Button (2): Long press for ON/OFF. Short press cycles through LED lighting modes.
Volume + / Previous Track Button (3): Press and hold to increase volume. Short press to go to the previous track.
Volume - / Next Track Button (4): Press and hold to decrease volume. Short press to go to the next track.
Mute Microphone / 2.4G - Bluetooth / Surround Sound Button (5): Short press to mute/unmute the microphone. Press and hold to cycle between 2.4G wireless, Bluetooth, and Surround Sound modes.
Connection Compatibility
The MHW-PRO headset can connect via 2.4GHz Wireless USB Dongle, 3.5mm Jack, or Bluetooth.

Connection Methods:
1. Bluetooth Connection:
- Enable Bluetooth on your device.
- Press the dedicated button (5) twice to enter Bluetooth mode. The headset will automatically enter pairing mode. The blue LED indicator will remain solid when connected.
2. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection:
- Connect the 2.4GHz USB wireless receiver (USB-A or USB-C) to your device.
- Press the dedicated button (5) twice to select 2.4GHz mode. The headset will become operational.
3. 3.5mm Wired Connection:
- Connect the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset and your device. The headset will automatically enter wired mode.
LED Status
- Solid Blue: Bluetooth paired and connected.
- Solid Purple: 2.4GHz paired and connected.
- Solid Red: Charging.
- Flashing Red: Low battery.
- Off: Power off or fully charged.
Battery
- Playtime: Up to 40 hours (RGB ON), up to 60 hours (RGB OFF).
- Charging Time: Approximately 3 hours.
- The headset will automatically power off if inactive.
- Use the included USB-C cable for charging.
Recommendations and Safety
- Do not use the product with wet or moist hands.
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth only. Avoid abrasive solvents or detergents.
- Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or repair the device or its cables yourself. This may result in electric shock, fire, or damage.
Troubleshooting
Unsuccessful Bluetooth Connection:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and not connected to another device.
- Turn the headset OFF and ON again, then restart the connection.
- To re-pair, press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds.
Unsuccessful 2.4GHz Wireless Connection:
- Ensure the wireless USB receiver is properly connected to the USB port.
- Verify the headset is in 2.4GHz mode.
- If not automatically paired, switch the headset OFF and ON. Try re-pairing by pressing the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds.
