Safety Instructions when using the Laser Engraver
- The laser engraver could generate laser light. It is strictly forbidden to place any living body under the laser emission port (this port is marked with a yellow warning sign).
- Patients with photosensitive epilepsy are prohibited from using or approaching this laser device.
- When using the laser engraving machine, the operator and anyone near the machine must wear laser safety glasses. Do not operate the laser without eye protection (laser goggles). Our machines come with a pair of safety goggles, but additional laser safety glasses can be purchased commercially. Requirements for goggles: wavelength protection 400-445nm (+-5nm), outer diameter +5, minimum L-level L5.
- When the laser engraving is working, the operator must pay close attention and not place it alone to prevent the engraved material from catching fire. Please set up the laser engraver in a fireproof area to ensure good ventilation. If possible, we recommend that you purchase a fire extinguisher and keep it close to the machine.
- Use the laser engraver in a room that can be closed by a door, making sure that neither the laser beam nor stray light can penetrate the window.
- When using the laser engraving, use the door sign or the warning light on the door to indicate that the laser engraving is running.
- Make sure there is no flammable material near the laser engraving; we recommend using a fireproof mat as a working surface.
- Ensure adequate ventilation when operating the laser engraving. Engraving certain materials may generate fumes, which should be exhausted using a dedicated filtered exhaust.
- When the machine is running, do not touch the laser beam or touch it with other objects, which may cause serious bodily injury or beam reflection. Do not touch the radiator; you may burn your body and hands when the laser engraver just stops working.
- Do not let children or teenagers use the laser engraving alone (especially children under the age of 14); adult supervision is required at all times.
- For commercial use, use and registration with regulatory bodies and professional associations is mandatory.
- The operating temperature range of the machine is -5°C-50°C.

Assembly Steps
Step 1: Frame Base Assembly
Connect the two Y aluminum profiles (540mm) to the two X aluminum profiles (464mm) using M5x20mm screws (x4). Ensure the scale markings on the profiles are facing inwards. Identify the front side of the frame.
Step 2: Attach Pre-assembled Assembly
Slide the pre-assembled gantry assembly into the frame. Ensure the scale markings are facing inwards and the front side aligns correctly.
Step 3: Install Timing Belts and Anchors
Attach the timing belts (x2) to the frame. Secure the frame using Base Anchors (x2), M5x20mm screws (x2), M5x10mm screws (x2), and M5 spacers (x2).
Step 4: Secure Frame Components
Attach a Base Anchor (x1), M5 Spacer (x1), M5x20mm Screw (x1), and M5x10mm Screw (x1) to the frame as shown in the diagram.
Step 5: Install Y Limit Switch
Mount the Y Limit Switch (x1) to the frame using an M5x10mm Screw (x1) and an M5 Profile Nut (x1).
Step 6: Install X Limit Switch
Attach the X Limit Switch (x1) to the frame using M5x20mm Screws (x1) and M5x10mm Screws (x1).
Step 7: Route Wiring Harness
Connect the wiring harness, identifying the Red, Black, and Ground wires. Route the wiring harness upwards along the frame.
