Button Head Bolts (2) M8 S.S. Washers (2) M8 S.S. Lock Washers Required Tools 10mm Socket and Ratchet 1/8" Hex Bit 3/32" Hex Bit Open Barrel Crimping Tool Wire Strippers 3/8" Deep Socket Tech Notes Use anti-seize on stainless steel hardware. Also fits RedArc 30 Amp Solar Regulator. Pre-Install. Place the Switch Pro Panel on top of the Mounting Plate. Use Switch Pros provided hardware to mount Switch Pros Power Module to mount and torque to 18 in-lbs. 2. In the engine bay, locate two threaded holes on the driver side of the bay by the firewall. Thread in the (2) M8 bolts, washers and lock washers into the holes and leave space for the mount to slide between the washers and fender. 3. Slide the assembled mount and Switch Pros Power Module onto the bolts and tighten. Then finish wiring and enjoy your SDHQ Switch Pros Power Module Mount! Page 4 of 6 Wiring: Once the Switch-Pros power module is mounted, but BEFORE it is connected to anything else, do the following: 1. Reinstall battery (if battery was removed during installation), and secure factory connections. Start vehicle and confirm that battery is properly installed, connected and grounded. 2. Connect the Switch-Pros Ground wire lug to the negative terminal on the battery (grounding elsewhere will not properly filter noise and will void your product warranty). 3. Plug the 16-pin harness into the power module; be sure it locks in. 4. Connect the red Battery Cable to the positive terminal on the battery.
