Pairing

Usage with your Android device (Google Fast Pair)

First-time use or new device connection

With the buds inside the charging case, open the charging case and place it near your Android device for on-screen setup.

Connecting to other devices

With the buds in the open case, press the settings button until the light blinks. Then select the buds in your device's Bluetooth settings.

Charging

Earbuds

Place the buds inside the charging case and close the case to charge them.

Charging Case

To charge the case, close the case and connect it to a power supply via a power cable.

• If the case indicator light is solid red, the case is charging.
• If it is solid white, the battery is fully charged.

Power Level Indication

• White: Battery level above 30%.
• Red: Battery level below 30%.

If the buds are placed inside the case, the indicator light will show a color related to the buds' battery level, not the case.

Remove the left and right buds. The indicator light will show a color related to the case's battery level.

For Nothing phone users, you can set up a widget on the lock screen or check device power status in Quick Settings on the pull-down notification bar.

Earbud Operation

The earbud features a touch-sensitive area for controls.

Music/Standby

• Double tap to skip forward.
• Triple tap to skip backward.
• Press and hold the touch area to switch between Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode.

Calls

• Double tap to answer or end a call.
• Triple tap the touch area to reject a call.

Other options in the Nothing X app

• *Optional functions: play/pause, skip backward, skip forward, switch noise cancellation modes, volume up, volume down, and wake up Voice Assistant.

Wear Detection

Wear the buds. During music playback, remove the buds to automatically pause music. Place the buds back within 3 minutes, and music will resume automatically. If more than 3 minutes pass, you must manually resume music on your device.
