Compatibility
This garage door keyless entry keypad is compatible with Chamberlain, Sears Craftsman, Liftmaster, Master Mechanic, Do It, Stanley, Wayne Dalton, or Linear garage door openers that feature a Yellow Learn Button on the motor unit or external receiver. Ensure your opener has a Yellow Learn Button; otherwise, it will not function. The keypad supports Security+ 2.0 technology and transmits on 310, 315, or 390 MHz, manufactured since 2011.
The keypad has 3 channels, allowing independent control of up to 3 garage door openers.
Important Safety Information
- Start with the garage door in the fully CLOSED position before beginning installation or programming.

Programming
Follow these steps to program your garage door keypad:

Confirm Operation: Press your existing PIN code again. The opener will activate, indicated by the opener light bulb blinking once or two clicks being heard.

Note: If the opener does not function, reset the keypad and repeat the programming steps. It is recommended to set different PIN codes for each channel to distinguish them.
Factory Reset
If you encounter issues during programming or cannot proceed with PIN entry, you can reset the keypad to its factory default settings.
- Remove the battery cover. You will see a Reset Button.
- Press and hold the Reset Button for approximately 6 seconds until you hear a buzzer sound and the backlight LED turns off. Release the button.
The keypad is now reset to its factory default model with PIN codes: 1111#
for the 1st channel, 2222#
for the 2nd channel, and 3333#
for the 3rd channel. You will need to re-program it to match your garage door opener.

Operation
To operate the opener, enter the 4-digit password followed by the #
enter button. If incorrect numbers are pressed, correction can be made immediately. The #
button transmits only the last 4 digits entered.
- The keypad will exit programming mode if no commands are received within 6 seconds.
- The factory default setting includes a beep alarm and a back indicator light.
- If a PIN code longer than 4 digits is entered during programming, it will be recognized as an incorrect operation, and the programming mode will exit.
- The keypad allows two attempts for incorrect PIN entries. After the third incorrect entry, the keypad will lock for 2 minutes, indicated by 3 beeps and a red LED. After 2 minutes, one beep sounds, and the red LED turns off, indicating the keypad is unlocked.
Installation
- Select a mounting location for the keypad at a minimum height of 5 feet (1.5m) to keep it out of the reach of children.
- Remove the battery cover and battery.
- Mark the top mounting hole and drill a 1/8 inch (3.2mm) pilot hole.
- Install the top screw, allowing 1/8 inch (3.2mm) to protrude above the surface. Position the keypad over the top screw.
- Mark the bottom hole and drill a 1/8 inch (3.2mm) pilot hole. Install the bottom screw. Do not overtighten to avoid cracking the plastic housing.
- Re-install the battery and replace the cover.

Troubleshooting
Q: Why won't my keypad work?
- Keypad Lights Off: If the keypad lights do not turn on when a button is pressed, the battery likely needs replacement. Replace with a 9V battery.
- Opener Not Responding: The keypad should retain its memory. If it no longer operates the opener, try re-programming the keypad to your system or garage door opener. Ensure compatibility (Yellow Learn Button, Security+ 2.0, 310/315/390 MHz, manufactured since 2011).

Q: Does this keypad work with openers that have different colored learn buttons?
This specific keypad is designed for openers with a Yellow Learn Button. For openers with other colored learn buttons (Orange, Red, Purple, Green) or DIP switches, a Universal Garage Door Wireless Keyless Keypad may be required. Please contact the seller for more information.
Battery Replacement
Replace the 9-Volt battery when the keypad light becomes dim or does not light up. Slide the cover up, remove the battery cover, and replace the battery. Re-programming may be necessary after battery replacement.

Warnings
- Install the keypad within sight of the garage door, out of children's reach, at a minimum height of 1.5m (5 feet) above floors, landings, steps, or any adjacent walking surface. Keep it away from all moving parts of the door.
- Activate the gate or door ONLY when it can be seen clearly, is properly adjusted, and has no obstructions to its travel path.
- NEVER permit children to operate or play with the keypad.
- ALWAYS keep the gate or garage door in sight until it is completely closed.
- NEVER permit anyone to cross the path of a moving gate or door.
- If a battery is swallowed, immediately notify a doctor.
