Setup Instructions
Step 1: Unpacking
Carefully unpack all components.
Step 2: Attaching the Stand
Follow the diagrams to assemble and attach the monitor stand.
Step 3: Connecting Cables
Connect the power cable, video cables (HDMI, DP, USB-C), and USB upstream cable as shown in the diagrams.
Step 4: Using the Hotkey Puck G2
The Hotkey Puck G2 allows for quick access to monitor settings and functions. Refer to the diagrams for its usage.
Step 5: Connecting Peripherals
Connect your computer and other peripherals using the available ports.
Step 6: Powering On
Connect the power cord and turn on the monitor.
Step 7: Software Installation
Install the Display Pilot software for enhanced display arrangement and color matching (ICC Sync). Download from Support.BenQ.com.
Advanced Features
Working with Multiple Inputs (KVM Switch)
Connect your computer via USB-C or a combination of DP/HDMI and USB upstream ports. This allows you to use a single keyboard and mouse with multiple computers.
Switching KVM Sources:
Use the Hotkey Puck G2 or on-screen display (OSD) to switch between connected computers.
Display Pilot Software
Display Pilot offers features such as:
