Important Safety Instructions
- DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention.
- DO NOT use this product for more than 30 minutes at a time. Allow at least a 30-minute cool-down period between uses. Extensive use can lead to overheating and reduce the product's lifespan.
- Unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.
- This product is not for use by children under 9 years old.
- This appliance must not be used by persons insensitive to heat or other vulnerable individuals unable to react to overheating when using the Heat Function.
- This product is not intended for medical use; it provides a comfortable massage.
- Consult your doctor before use if you have any health concerns, are pregnant, have diabetes, or are ill.
- Individuals with pacemakers should consult a physician before using this product.
- Massage should be pleasant and comfortable. If pain or discomfort occurs, stop use and consult your doctor.
- Never use the massager on open wounds, discolored areas, areas of poor circulation, or swollen/burned/inflamed areas, or areas with skin eruptions or sores.
- DO NOT use the machine under the influence of alcohol, sleeping pills, or sedatives.
- Temporary itching, tingling, or redness on the skin where the massager was used is normal and should disappear soon. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
- To prevent bruising, do not press too hard on the device.
- DO NOT leave the appliance unattended when in use or plugged in. Ensure children cannot touch or pull the power cord.
- To prevent electric shock, do not immerse the appliance, cord, or power adapter in water or other liquids.
- DO NOT use or store the product near sinks, baths, showers, or running water.
- DO NOT use in the bath, shower, spa, or pool.
- Always disconnect the power adapter from the power outlet after use.
- DO NOT use this appliance if it has been dropped or if any part (including the cord or power adapter) is damaged.
- Using accessories not intended for this appliance may cause injury or damage.

3. Product Introduction
The massager features a control panel and a detachable foot cover with a zipper.
Control Panel Functions:
- Time: Select 15 or 30 minutes automatic shut-off. (Red indicator for 15 min, Blue for 30 min)
- Knead Intensity: Select kneading intensity: Low (L), Medium (M), High (H), or OFF.
- Power: Turns the massager ON/OFF.
- Air Intensity: Select air pressure intensity: Low (L), Medium (M), High (H), or OFF.
- Heat: Turns the heating function ON/OFF.
4. Function
- Time: Select 15 or 30 minutes automatic shut-off.
- Knead Intensity: Select the kneading intensity among low (L), medium (M), high (H), or OFF.
- Air Intensity: Select the air pressure intensity among low (L), medium (M), high (H), or OFF.
- Heat: Press to turn on/off the heating function.
Using the RENPHO Foot Massager
Enjoying a foot massage for 15 or 30 minutes once or twice daily can relieve muscle pain, improve blood circulation, and help with insomnia symptoms. Limit massaging to 15-30 minutes; longer sessions may cause mild pain.
- Connect the plug to the power source. The Power indicator should flash, and the massager will be in standby.
- Remove the protective film from the touch panel before use.
- Press the Power button. The knead and air intensity will default to low (L), and the auto shut-off will be 15 minutes (indicator light red).
- Press the Time button to change the auto shut-off to 30 minutes (indicator light blue).
- Press the Knead Intensity and Air Intensity buttons to adjust intensity (L, M, H, OFF).
- Press the Heat button to turn the heating function on/off.
Note: The heating function requires the air pressure and/or kneading functions to be active. It cannot work alone.
TIPS: Use your thumb to press buttons for better touch sensitivity.
The foot massager fits up to US Men's size 12 (EU Men's size 46).
To remove and wash the foot cover:
- Step 1: Open the zipper on the foot cover.
- Step 2: Detach the foot cover.
- Step 3: Secure the foot cover with the velcro strap.
- Step 4: Wash the foot cover (hand wash recommended).
Product Care and Maintenance
- Do not use non-rated voltage (DC12V/2.5A).
- Non-professional personnel are prohibited from repairing or replacing parts.
- If the power adapter is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or qualified personnel.
- Do not use or store in wet environments or high temperatures.
- Unplug the power adapter after use.
- Ensure operation does not exceed 30 minutes at a time.
- If you feel unwell or experience unusual discomfort, stop using the product immediately.
- If high temperature or foul odor is detected, stop using and unplug the device.
- Individuals who are pregnant, have recently given birth, have heart conditions, pacemakers, diabetes, sensory impairment, phlebitis, thrombosis, joint dysfunction, inflammation, injuries, weak bones, osteoporosis, high fever, abnormal or curved spine, are at risk of blood clots, have implants, or are under medical care should consult a medical professional before use.
- Do not use sharp objects to handle the product.
- Keep the product clean using a soft cotton cloth and neutral detergent.
- Do not stand while using the massager. Do not place heavy objects on the device.
Troubleshooting
