New Generation Cut Protection
New and Improved Features
Finding the right balance between comfort, dexterity, protection, and performance in safety gloves is a constant challenge. To enhance hand protection for workers across various industries, Honeywell has re-engineered the Perfect Fit 3.0 and CoreShield 3.0 glove offerings, introducing a new and improved range with key features:
- Antistatic: Essential for environments with potential explosive atmospheres [explosion risk] which might be the case when working with air-dust-mixtures like in silos, conveying, mixing and milling systems, for example. These gloves feature specific vertical resistance to help prevent such incidents.
- Higher Gauge: A higher gauge count in glove liners improves fit, dexterity, breathability, and overall user comfort. The Perfect Fit 3.0 and CoreShield 3.0 series feature improved liners with 18 gauge (gg) for all cut levels. CoreShield range also offers 15 gauge styles.
- Touch Screen Operation: Enables workers to use smartphones, tablets, and machine control panels without removing their gloves, maintaining productivity and safety by avoiding exposure or time loss.
- Clear Markings: Gloves are designed with tidier markings, providing essential information at a glance (cut level, size, batch number) for workers and safety engineers to ensure correct selection and worker safety.
- Silicone-Free: Both CoreShield 3.0 and Perfect Fit 3.0 are silicone-free, a critical requirement for applications in the Automotive industry.
- Certified for Food Handling: These gloves hold food certification, making them safe for food handling applications and protecting workers in beverage industry bottling and packaging, while providing a safe grip.
- Easy Technical Data Access: QR codes on care labels offer quick access to technical data, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
- Eco-friendly: The CoreShield 3.0 series is made with recycled polyethylene fibre and packaged in paper bellybands instead of plastic bags.

Need Safety Gloves That Best Fit Your Workers' Hands?
Honeywell's new Perfect Fit 3.0 and CoreShield 3.0 gloves are engineered to provide top protection, comfort, and grip, meeting the highest quality standards. Key user benefits include:
Enhanced Comfort and Durability
Designed for hand-intensive work, these cut protection gloves offer a lightweight, glass fiber-free design with a breathable coating for all-day comfort. They are also washable, extending product life and reducing ownership costs. A thin lining enhances wearing comfort and worker dexterity. CoreShield 3.0 offers nitrile-coated gloves with 18 or 15 gauge liners, including double-coated styles for superior oil and moisture resistance, with cut levels ranging from A/A1 up to F/A9. Perfect Fit 3.0 PU-coated gloves are available in cut levels A/A1 to F/A6, all with 18 gauge liners.
Glove Selection Made Easy
Choosing the right gloves is simplified by a proven color-coded system that clearly identifies cut protection levels: Red for A1/A, Yellow for A2/B, Green for A3/C & A4/D, Blue for A5/E, and Purple for A6/F, A7/F, A8/F & A9/F. The gloves meet the latest EN/ANSI standards for cut protection, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. Outer markings include size and batch number to prevent confusion and enhance user protection.
Put On Gloves to Cut Off Risks
Protect your hands from cuts and abrasions when working with sharp, abrasive, or oily objects. CoreShield 3.0 nitrile-coated and Perfect Fit 3.0 PU-coated gloves provide excellent slip resistance and high abrasion protection. A special coating enhances grip, while the lightweight design allows workers to handle small parts without removing their gloves.

Product Design Highlights
Cut Level and Coding Colour
The cut protection levels are visually indicated by a color-coded system: A1/A (Red), A2/B (Yellow), A3/C & A4/D (Green), A5/E (Blue), and A6/F, A7/F, A8/F, A9/F (Purple). This system aids in quick identification of the appropriate protection level.
Engineered Yarn Construction
The gloves utilize an engineered yarn that combines comfort and protection. It features a skin-friendly and comfortable outer material designed to shield the cut-resistant material, with a softer, skin-friendly yarn in direct contact with the skin.
