UL 294 Access Control Unit Endurance: Level 3, Line security: Level 1, Destructive Attack: Level 1, Power Standby: Level 1.
FCC and Industry Canada Compliance: The device complies with Part 15 of FCC rules and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada license-exempt RSSs. Operation is subject to two conditions: no harmful interference, and acceptance of received interference. Modifications not approved by the responsible party may void user authority. A minimum 20 cm (8 in.) distance must be maintained between the device and users/bystanders. The equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy, and may cause interference if not installed per instructions.
ADA Compliance: When mounting at a pedestrian entrance, the top of the CAPXM screen should not be higher than 54 inches from the ground.

Warranty
LiftMaster warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Proper operation depends on compliance with installation, operation, maintenance, and testing instructions; failure to comply voids the warranty. Contact LiftMaster at 1-800-528-2806 for warranty service. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and does not cover non-defect damage, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or labor charges for reinstallation. LiftMaster is not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages. State laws may vary regarding limitations.
